@carlsongraciehull 🥋👏🔥✨

I spent months with the team at Carlson’s offering sports massage, rehab plans, kinesiology taping, and injury rehabilitation/ advice helping to keep the lads training hard and ready to compete.

During that time, I also had the privilege of supporting some of them on fight nights like @liamthomasdunn at Caged Steel and @jack_cochran2310 at Catch Wrestling Wigan.

Sharing some of the reviews from my time there grateful for the trust they put in me and the chance to play a small part in their fight prep and recovery 💪🏽

Came away with some amazing experiences and life long friends 💪🏽🔥

Just seen that two of my favourite authors @e.n.dawson and @danforthrick have been published in the SAME FRICKIN' ISSUE of the coloured lens, so obviously you should go and buy it!

Happy publication day both!

📍Weekly Work at Carlson Gracie Hull – Supporting Combat Athletes 🏋🏼‍♀️🥋

Back again this week working with the Carlson Gracie Hull team, and I genuinely love being part of their journey. Keeping these athletes moving, recovering, and performing at their best is what it’s all about!

🔹 Jack – Focused on releasing tight hamstrings (biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus), gastrocnemius & soleus, and gluteal trigger point therapy. Finished off with kinesiology taping on the IT Band for additional support.

🔹 Rick – Conducted a knee injury assessment, working through special tests to evaluate stability and function. Applied K-tape for added knee support and provided him with a tailored rehab plan to improve knee stability.

🔹 Mid-Session Loosening – Helped keep the guys rolling strong on the mats by providing muscle release and mobility work during breaks.

Always a pleasure working with this team—keeping their bodies in check so they can keep training at their best!

🔥No one trains as hard as these guys 🔥

💥Back with the Gang at @carlsongraciehull keeping them injury free 💥

Another evening at Carlson Gracie, working on injury assessments for the knee and back, followed by maintenance massage to keep these athletes training and performing at their best.

A lot of tight traps (trapezius) and hamstrings (biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus) tonight—common areas of tension in grapplers and fighters due to the demands of the sport.

The best group of people, always pushing hard and putting in the work! 🔥💪
