We’re not built like men—so why are we building businesses like them?

Women move in cycles.
We thrive in softness, in rest, in intuition.
We don’t push—we attract.
We don’t grind—we flow.

This is our power. Let’s build that way.

Friday Gratitude - Thank you for being my lifeline🩷

Shoutout to the women who picked up when I called—
even when I had nothing to give but a sigh, a rant, or silence.

Who held space while I spiraled. Who didn’t flinch at my messy. Who gave me 8 minutes and changed my whole nervous system.

This midlife solopreneur healing journey?
It’s raw.
It’s lonely.
It’s a full-time emotional excavation wrapped in a business plan.

And still—
You showed up.
No agenda. No performance. Just presence.

There are ones who aren’t in the picture. You know who you are. I see you. I love you. I’m grateful for you.

Because sometimes 8 minutes with the right woman
is worth more than 8 months with the wrong coach.

Tag your person.
Or be the person.
We’re not meant to do this sh*t alone.

The other day, in a deep, tear-filled conversation, a dear friend whispered through her pain:

“How do I honor me… and not have to feel this?”
How do I honor myself and not go through the suffering?

God, I felt that.
The ache. The exhaustion. The desire to heal without the heartbreak.
To awaken without the unraveling.

But then I saw a video that hit me like a wave:
This is it.
This is the path.
There’s no bypassing the grief, the rage, the shame, the shedding.

We can try to outrun it.
Numb it.
Spiritualize it.
But the truth?
It’s coming for each of us — because this season of life isn’t about starting over.
It’s about remembering who the hell we are underneath all the stories, roles, and survival.

Midlife isn’t the end.
It’s the sacred, brutal, beautiful middle — where the real becoming begins.

And yes…
It hurts.
And yes…
It’s holy.

Six years ago, this profession chose me.

I thought I was just helping women in the business of healing human souls—coaching, consulting, strategizing their marketing and branding potential. But now I see it was never random. My entire life was paving the way for this work. I’ve always been an entrepreneur, so of course, I would end up helping women build and expand their own businesses.

Then something wild happened.

In the middle of all this, my soul was suffering. I prayed for PEACE. And the answer? It came in the form of the very women I was working with.

They held space for me, let me speak to my suffering, and whispered back:

I LOVE YOU. I AM HERE.

This journey has been deep, raw, and personal. My gratitude in learning how to live in joy is beyond measure. And because of that, I will always advocate for healers—because they are the ones truly changing the world.

So if you’re reading this, TRUST ME. Seek the guidance and light of those who have been placed on this earth to heal souls. It won’t be easy. It will suck. You’ll cry more than you want to, your body will feel exhausted, and you’ll have to face emotions you’ve been avoiding for years.

But on the other side? JOY. And that joy? It’s the only way we can truly give and contribute love to a world that is starving for it.

I don’t want to make history. I don’t want to be the only one in the room, the first to break through, the exception to the rule.

I want to be one of many.

Because being the only one? It’s exhausting. It’s heavy. It’s lonely. And it’s not the flex we’ve been told it is.

Real power is in the collective. In lifting as we rise. In creating space so no woman ever has to fight to prove she belongs.

So today, on International Women’s Day, I’m celebrating every woman who refuses to be the last.

Here’s to making room, making waves, and making damn sure we never stand alone.
