A comprehensive 2023–2024 renovation brought a gourmet kitchen, fully remodeled bathrooms, updated mechanicals, and a walk-in wine cellar, followed by a new roof, new windows, and a newly built 2024 boathouse. Thoughtful luxuries include a three-story elevator, heated floors throughout the lower level, garage, and baths, a Phantom Screen porch with an outdoor fireplace, and a short, one-mile walk along the path to downtown Waconia.

Lucky to be part of @compass and have the opportunity to collaborate with our colleagues on multiple listings this year. Honored to work alongside Dan Hollerman on the strategic marketing and launch of this stunning property on Lake Waconia. Dan is a wonderful partner and was a big reason this property went under contract in one day!
