32 MINUTES FASTER. 🤯🔥

Danielle Carrasco just went from a 2:47 → 2:15 half marathon.

That’s not just a PR. That’s months of showing up, trusting the process, putting in the work, and believing she was capable of more.

The best part? She’s just getting started.

So damn proud of you, Danielle. Keep chasing it. 🔥

2:15 and counting. 🏜️

To every West Athletics athlete racing HYROX this weekend…

This is what we train for.

The early mornings. The tired legs. The workouts that nobody sees. Every mile you’ve logged and every session you’ve shown up for has built the engine you’re taking to the start line.

Thank you for trusting me with one of the biggest pieces of HYROX: the run. It’s been an honor helping you become stronger, faster, and more confident while we continue building toward even bigger goals together.

Now it’s your turn.

Trust your fitness. Trust your preparation. Trust the work you’ve put in.

Your engine is ready. Go attack every run, every station, and every lap with confidence. Race for yourself, race for your teammates, and represent West Athletics with pride.

We’ll all be cheering for you.

Let’s make some noise this weekend.

West Athletics.

Welcome Danielle Carrasco to West Athletics Club! 🏜️

We’re excited to welcome Danielle to the team and be part of her journey toward some big goals this fall.

Danielle wrapped up the month of May with over 100 miles of training, laying a strong foundation for what’s ahead. That consistency and commitment are exactly what it takes to unlock the next level of performance.

Her next target is the Hot Air Balloon Chase Half Marathon this October, and we’re looking forward to helping her arrive at the starting line confident, prepared, and stronger than ever.

As a coach herself, Danielle understands that success isn’t built overnight. It’s earned through discipline, consistency, and showing up day after day. Those qualities will serve her well as we continue building toward her goals.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of the process and can’t wait to see what Danielle accomplishes!

Welcome to West Athletics Club, Danielle. Let’s get to work. 🔥🏃‍♀️
