September is National Yoga Awareness Month and also Self Care Awareness Month. The term yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word "yuj" which means unite. Yoga not only heals the mind , body and spirit , it also fosters community. We hope this month that you explore all of the benefits that yoga has to offer . Yoga is not exclusive . It is for everyone .
