Good day, mates!!

Two months ago, we found out @amp_performance_rehab_ was selected as a guest at @vald_performance 2026 conference in Brisbane, Australia!!

From the start, everyone at VALD was incredibly welcoming. Their CEO set the tone with how genuine and approachable he was, and the entire team carried that through.

Culture felt real, not performative.

Every detail, from the conference to the little touches throughout their gorgeous HQ, felt intentional.

And we got to explore a little bit of Australia, too!

We rode the CityCat, visited North Stradbroke Island, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, Australia Zoo, and walked ALL the miles with my new friends from all over the world!

Miss you all already! You will do great things in the industry! @aurelio_pugaa @joelpetrillo @motriq_ @danielchoi_pt 🫡

Huge thank you to Laurie Malone and the entire VALD team for this unforgettable opportunity!!

What a week 🇦🇺🐨

I came to Brisbane not knowing exactly what to expect, and I’m leaving with new friendships, new perspectives, more knowledge than I could’ve imagined, and memories I’ll carry with me for a long time

Being surrounded by people who are pushing the field of sports science forward and having conversations with individuals I genuinely look up to was something I’ll never take for granted

A huge thank you to @mpower6gym for first introducing me to VALD and being such an important catalyst in my sports science journey

Thank you to Nick and Daniel for the guidance and mentorship along the way

And to Laurie and the entire VALD community thank you for welcoming us, connecting us, and creating an experience that truly felt once in a lifetime

I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity and even more excited for what comes next

Thank you, VALDCON 2026 🧡

The journey continues 🌏📈

Day 2 of VALDCON ‘26 and I’m feeling incredibly grateful for this experience 🤯

The conversations, connections, and ideas around sport science, testing, and performance have been next level and it’s only Day 2

A huge thank you to the entire VALD community for being so welcoming, inspiring, and willing to share. Getting to connect with so many likeminded people has reminded me why I’m so passionate about continuing to push the sport science world forward

And a special thank you to @vald_performance & @vald_health for creating an opportunity that brings people like this together

I’m genuinely grateful to be here, learn, connect, and be inspired by the people around me

And we’re only getting started… 👀

🇦🇺 The first few days at VALDcon 2026 in Brisbane have been a great mix of learning, connecting and exploring.

We’ve had an introduction to VALD HQ, met some brilliant people from across the industry and, of course, found some time to enjoy Australia. ;)

Looking forward to the next few days of new insights, shared knowledge and plenty more conversations around testing and athlete performance.

Highlights from Day ✌️

Today was all about the transition from mid to late stage and how we marry the qualitative and quantitative side of this complex, nuanced rehab

Great turnout with such a motivated group of clinicians and coaches

This was our only Southern California course of the year. But two more coming in Abilene, TX in September and Elk Grove, CA in October

2027 is going to go off with the 🧠 gainz

Big time shoutout to our Director of Education @dr.willsheehan for putting this dope course together

What a great way to wrap up summer! Grateful for the opportunity to learn from an incredible team of physical therapists and trainers, while working alongside professional athletes. Definitely learned a lot that will help me as I begin PT school.

Thank you for having me as part of the team! @mlivingston_dpt @the.team.basketball
