That feeling in your stomach? Don’t ignore it. 👀

The butterflies.
That unexpected rush of excitement.
The sudden drop in your tummy that says nope, not this.

Sometimes your body knows before your mind has caught up. ✨

Your intuition is always speaking but are you trusting it… or talking yourself out of what you already know?

👇 Tell me in the comments… do you trust your gut instinct, or do you tend to ignore it?

And if you’d love some support learning to recognise and trust those signs more, head to the link in my bio and book your complimentary call with me. 🤍

Your inner compass already knows the way.

An absolutely beautiful class. Thank you so much. Just what I needed as we enter this new season, and shake off the last one. Some time, so stillness, some peace,

Can’t wait until the next one!

Grateful for this little community 🌱🤍

I've been a bit quiet on here but I've been enjoying the last few weeks of summer holidays slowing down and enjoying the space around us.

This has been our weekly highlight, Tuesday volunteer days where we get our gorgeous veg box.

Community spirit, muddy hands & core memories pulling carrots from the ground. ❤️

Absolutely full to the brim with love from my circles this month 🥰 so grateful I started these spaces 🫶🏻 thanks to all you beautiful ladies for stepping over this threshold with me and can’t wait to join together again and watch these spaces evolve.

I also want to say how deeply grateful I am for women’s circles not only the ones I host but the ones I have participated in with the beautiful Ali of @al.ki.myst .. I have the deepest gratitude for opening me up and bringing me the extra sauce, deep love and strength I needed to feel confident in fulfilling my deepest desire to hold spaces like this. More women holding spaces like this please 🙏🏼💕 if you’ve been thinking about your own circles I feel like it’s the time to start creating them .. there can not be too many, there is somewhere and some people for everyone 🙏🏼

GATHER - pure community space for women.. think cross between girlie sleepover vibes but also a held space where you don’t need to fix or be fixed. Sharing. Reflecting. Tears. Giggles. Something beautiful is beginning 🤍

For a long time, I’ve dreamed of creating spaces like this.
Not just retreats that women travel to for a few days… but smaller, more accessible moments of connection and community woven into real life here in Cornwall.

Spaces where women can gather together.
Exhale together.
Move, rest, laugh, soften and reconnect with themselves alongside other women walking their own midlife journeys too.

Because there is something incredibly powerful about women coming together in this way.

Being seen.
Being witnessed.
Putting down the pressure for a moment.
Remembering that we are not meant to carry everything alone.

The Nest Gatherings are a gentle invitation to prioritise yourself again.
Not from guilt.
Not from pressure.
But because you matter too.

A little something just for us 🤍
Our very first gathering will take place at the beautiful Soul Sweats, The Eco Park, Porthtowan and I honestly cannot wait.

✨ Sauna
✨ Gentle restorative yoga
✨ Meditation & breathwork
✨ Reflection in circle
✨ Community & connection

Friday 26th June | 7–9pm
£25 | All welcome

If this sounds like something you need right now, I’d absolutely love you to join us.
You’ll find the QR code to book on the final slide ✨

A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our very first Sunrise Cornwall CIC Open Day on Saturday at The Arborist Café, Truro 💛

What a beautiful way to end Mental Wellbeing Week — a day filled with connection, community, support and such a wonderful spirit throughout. And we were blessed by great weather (for most of the day!)

Together we enjoyed art workshops, yoga, wildlife walks (including deer sightings!), drumming, mermaid tales, meditation, silent disco, singing, bouncy castles, face painting and wonderful food. 🌞

Thank you to Graham Cullis Artist and Your Art Connect CIC for the joyful paint splatting, meditation and silent disco, Danielle Yoga for such a wonderful yoga session, Cornwall Mind’s Hope Singers for their beautiful singing, Survive and Revive CIC for the nature walks, and Drums4Fun for an incredibly fun drumming session.

Thank you also to Mischief the Mermaid and Sunrise the Faerie for bringing so much colour and magic to the day, and to Samara and Tam for capturing special moments through photography and film.

A huge shout out to our incredible Facilitators, volunteers and the amazing mental health organisations who joined us to share support, information and meaningful conversations for our Cornwall community and beyond.

And last but not least a special thanks to Louise, Simon and Steve at The Arborist Café for hosting us in the most stunning setting, and who have most wonderful, kindest staff.

We are so grateful to everyone who came along, and helped make our first Open Day so special, this is only the beginning 💛

DIRECTORY: It’s live.

We have launched the first 14 practitioners on the Wellness on Tap website

Amazing Laura is now working hard behind the scenes to get the rest of the facilitators onto the directory over the coming days. We can’t wait to connect more people with the amazing people and spaces delivering the work that fills people’s cups.

We’re creating a hub where discovering wellness is as blissful as the events themselves...

More coming very soon… 👀

Ps. If you’re a practitioner who would love to be featured too, head to the link in our bio, fill in your details and send us a high quality image!
