Meet Danielle ~ Our New Yoga Nidra Guide

We’re so excited to welcome Danielle to our teaching family at Free Flow.

Three years ago, Yoga Nidra found Danielle at a time she needed it most—burnt out from the corporate world and searching for something deeper. It was during a meditation teacher training in Bali that she first experienced the profound magic of this practice… and it’s stayed with her ever since.

Now, Danielle gives herself the time and space for Yoga Nidra almost daily, and knows firsthand its power to restore, regulate, and reconnect us to our centre. With deep reverence, she shares this gift with others.

Yoga Nidra has been shown to support:

PTSD and trauma

Insomnia and sleep disorders

Stress, anxiety, and burnout

Overthinking and depression

Physical pain and emotional imbalance

A sense of purpose and inner connection

Just 30 to 40 minutes can offer the equivalent rest of 2 to 3 hours of sleep.

With a background in massage and a love for bodywork, Danielle also weaves gentle, nurturing touch into her classes—offering a space of deep care, presence, and healing.

Outside the studio, Danielle is passionate about nature, sunshine, walking, raw living foods, human connection, and exploring different philosophies that support health and wellbeing on every level—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Come experience this beautiful practice with Danielle,
Thursday nights at 6:45pm.
A powerful reset for your body, mind, and nervous system.

“I felt so blissful, I didn’t want to come out” - a profound sharing from one of our participants who burst into tears during our retreat while practicing Yogasanas. It’s moments like these that shows the power of these practices and creating the right kind of atmosphere within and around you.

Last weekend’s retreat was truely something else - Surrounded by and connecting with the elements, consuming nourishing high-pranic food, having deep conversations, and learning these powerful yogic tools made for a special experience for all that were involved 🌿🧘‍♀️🔥

Reach out if you’re interested in joining our next retreat hosted by myself and @sridharaarthi 🙏🏼
