Pilates has become so much more than a workout — it’s a whole movement. It started with Joseph Pilates almost 100 years ago, created around breath, control, strength, posture, and healing the body from the inside out. What started as a method for dancers and people recovering from injuries has grown into something loved by everyone: from athletes to busy moms, models, creatives, and anyone wanting to feel stronger in their own body.

I love seeing how Pilates studios are growing everywhere now, especially because it’s not about being the strongest or doing the most. It’s about moving with intention, learning your body, improving your balance, core, flexibility, and confidence little by little.

This shoot was about capturing that energy — strong women, movement, discipline, softness, and feeling good while doing it. Pilates is a reminder that taking care of your body can also be beautiful, fun, and a moment for yourself.

Sometimes you don’t have perfect lighting—you have vision.

These bridal portraits were captured in less-than-ideal lighting conditions, but photography is about more than what comes out of the camera. It’s about seeing the final image before it exists. Through thoughtful editing and creativity, I transformed each frame into the vision I had in mind.

אז אני אתחיל מהסוף- אני מפסיקה לאמן.

מגיל 17 עד גיל 24 אחד המרכיבים הכי משמעותיים בזהות שלי היו צמד המילים ״יעלי המאמנת״, בכל מקום שהגעתי אליו זה מי שהייתי, בסיום התיכון, בבה״ד 1, בוקר למחרת השחרור מהצבא ומאז בכל יום עד ליום הזה.
אחרי כמעט 7 שנים בתחום, בעבודה המספקת, המעצימה והמשמעותית ביותר שיכולתי לדמיין, אני מסיימת לאמן ויוצאת לדרך מפתיעה, חדשה ומרגשת.

למדתי בשנים האלה כמה חשובה לי המשמעות בעשייה היומיות, כמה קשר אישי עם מתאמנים הוא המשמעותי ביותר להצלחה, כמה אנשים הם מגוונים ומדהימים וכל אחד הוא עולם ומלואו, למדתי על יזמות ואומץ, על החשיבות של גיוון בעשייה, ובעיקר כמה הספורט הוא הכלי הטוב ביותר להתמודדות, לריפוי ולשינוי החיים מקצה לקצה.

חשוב לי להגיד תודה ענקית לכל מי שהיה חלק מהדרך, מהתהליך ומהבנייה שלי שהובילו למי שאני היום- שלי, ליקוש ופלייטיקה, ומשפחת ביננפיט שלי בהובלת שי ולירן- שהכל בזכותם והופכים את הפרידה לקשה הרבה יותר.

ולכל המתאמנים שלי (אזרחים וחיילים כאחד) בעבר ובהווה- תודה עליכם, תודה על הבחירה בי, על זה שלא וויתרתם לעצמכם לא משנה מה, על האמון בי ועל הזכות לעבור איתכם דרך. חשוב לי שתדעו שבכל בוקר שקמתי לעבודה באמת הודיתי על הזכות להיות בעשייה הזאת.

אני לא נפרדת מעולם הספורט, וממשיכה לפגוש אתכם בהובלת הטרייב @thribe.official ובאימונים בביננפיט (הפעם כמתאמנת)🙌🏽
