Watching our children grow is so incredible and wonderful, yet it feels sad at the same time because as they grow we know we’re saying goodbye to a smaller version of them 🥹

I find this part of motherhood so hard, but what I find comforting is knowing there is so much beauty and joy in every season.

My motivation to create a slower pace in motherhood is being able to look back knowing I was really present for their childhood and that I soaked up their littleness at each age and stage.

The blessing of having slightly older children is knowing the good that is to come. Really knowing that the hard days and seasons pass means I can focus on the GOOD.

There is joy in what was, and I treasure it, but there is so much joy in what’s to come too.

I’m so grateful for this era where I can contribute to our family finances while being home and being here for everything 🥹

I was a mother trying to find a way to make some extra income without compromising being home for my babies.

While I was so grateful for everything we did have, I was tired of living pay cheque to pay cheque and I wanted to be able to say YES to more.

Just this month I have said yes to my son playing sport, my daughter doing dance, and my baby doing kindergym! One activity each adds up to a good $600+ and I can say yes without a second thought 😭🙏🏻

And this is just the beginning. I am just getting started!

I prayed about finding a way to make some extra money and God opened my eyes to this opportunity.

Was shampoo the dream? No! But being here with my children and the life we are creating as a family was. I’m now getting paid 5 x a month and the best part is I get to help other women who want to change their lives too.

Sometimes you need to let go of what you thought things would look like to really see the opportunity that’s right in front of your eyes.

I prayed for this, and it has been the biggest blessing!

If you’re ready to work around your family and other commitments to bring another stream of income into your household, let’s chat!

I’m holding a place for you 🤍

‘Busy’ being a mama. Busy making time for what matters most 🫶🏻

I’m filling my time with these little people God has given me, investing all of my energy into them, and I won’t apologise for that!

In my 8+ years as a mama of three I’ve learnt that it’s the little moments that matter most. Naptime cuddles, reading stories, folding laundry, making breakfast, soothing hurts.

This is the important work I’m busy with and it will have impact for generations to come.

I’m passionate about mums seeing the value what they do. You’re not ‘just a mum’! You are a little persons whole world and you matter so much.

If it’s mothering that fills your days in this season, just know that’s more than enough 🫶🏻

I’m not interested in chasing the fancy things in life. If you follow me, you know I’m all about family and living simply.

When I started this business I was so scared, I didn’t think anyone would buy shampoo from me, but it has already been a huge blessing.

I said yes to this to be able to change my life and the lives of my children, and I’m already seeing this business grow and grow.

This opportunity means I can be a present mum and have complete time freedom to be here for their childhood. I get to work in the pockets of time around my family with completely uncapped income potential.

I’m running with this opportunity to create the life I’ve always dreamed of, and my mission is to mentor women who want the same thing.

If I can do this as a regular, introverted mama, you can too. Reach out and let’s chat about how this income could change your life too 🤍

When you discover naturally based haircare that heals your hair from the inside out, it’s a YES from me 👏🏻

My scalp was in terrible condition before I switched my products to functional low-tox haircare. I was using high quality natural products for years, then high end products trying to deal with my hair loss and oily scalp post partum. My hair was flat, thin and frizzy and was oily within a day of washing. All that started to change when I switched my products.

My scalp started to slowly rebalance and oil build up on my hair started to be removed giving my hair more volume and bounce. My hair became silky soft and healthier than it’s ever been. The hair I lost post partum is growing back so fast and I can now go 3-4 days between washes!

When you see the results in your own hair you realise it’s worth the investment as these products last a long time and they actually WORK. I used to go through a bottle of my other shampoo every 2-3 months. Monat lasts me at least double that time!

I don’t need to try and sell you the product because all you need to do is look at my results and the results of thousands of other women.

All you need to do for the best hair of your life is switch to a botanically based product that focuses on SCALP HEALTH, contains no fillers such as silicones, no phthalates, no yucky stuff and only contains medical grade water and you will be on your way to incredible hair!

I just want to share the most amazing products I have ever come across with you and help you heal your hair like I did 🥰

DM HAIR or complete my 30 second hair quiz in my bio and I will hook you up with a system that is suited to your specific hair type and concerns!

Soaking up these slow mornings with my little ones, making pancakes for breakfast, drinking tea outside and watering the garden all before we start our day ☀️

One thing that can help us slow down and stop rushing through our days is to schedule in our time. I’ve found that having a consistent daily rhythm that allows time for activities AND rest is the key.

Book in the time to go at a slower pace whether it’s at home, or out somewhere if that’s your thing, where you’re not always racing to get to the next activity.

Allow yourself the extra time so you can enjoy your children and really have time to connect with them.

Are you a slow mornings kind of person too? Let me know below 🤍

“Mothers who know, do less.

They permit less of what will not bear fruit eternally. They allow less media in their homes, less distraction, less activity that draws their children away from their home. Mothers who know are willing to live on less and consume less of the world’s goods in order to spend more time with their children - more time eating together, working together, reading together, talking, laughing, singing, and exemplifying. These mothers choose carefully and do not try to choose it all.

That is influence.
That is power.”

Julie B Beck

We hold the world in our hands. It’s ok to slow down and do less of what doesn’t really matter in the end.

Embracing S L O W in this season of motherhood 🌼

Since the birth of my third baby I’ve been on a journey to cultivate a slower pace in motherhood.

I’ve intentionally set up daily and weekly rhythms that allow me to be more present and enjoy more of my motherhood.

It’s so easy to feel rushed and hurried like we have to keep up with everything but this frantic pace doesn’t serve us or our family.

So much joy can be found in simply slowing down 🫶🏻

Are you in your slow motherhood era too?

We need more mamas talking about how normal this is not just for babies, but for toddlers as well!

There’s no need to worry that you’re not doing something right if your little one still wants you most of the time and depends on you for their comfort.

The years from 0-3 is a crucial time in our child’s emotional development and have an impact on them for their entire life. According to Montessori, children are unconsciously absorbing everything in their environment during the first three years of life and this is a time when the core of their personality, social skills, and human values are developed. Isn’t that amazing?!

Giving ourselves permission to slow down in these early years means we have the time to let our little ones grow and learn at their own pace 🤍

Here’s the thing 👇🏻

Embracing a slower pace in motherhood can feel like swimming against the tide.

The never-ending to-do list pulls us into feeling rushed, making it seem impossible to pause and do something we believe is ‘unproductive’.

But let’s shift our perspective…

It’s not just about us taking time out and finding moments of calm for ourselves, it’s about enriching our children’s lives too.

We get to be their greatest model and we can show them how to find the beauty within our everyday by being an example for them.

When our little ones see us doing what brings us joy, whether it’s immersing ourselves in a good book, baking some cookies ‘just because’, going out for a walk in nature, or doing something crafty, they are invited into our world.

What’s something that brought you joy before you became a mama?

I hope you can be encouraged to bring these passions into motherhood 🤍
