Every friend group has norms, expectations and things they deem as valuable

If there is misalignment with your values and your friend groups values, you’ll feel lost, confused, stuck

Take a look at the people you hang out with the most

Do they inspire you?

Or do they just entertain?

Are you guys having meaningful conversations?

Or are you talking about the good ol days and fantasy football?

What activities do you guys do together?

Coffee shop grind sesh, rock climbing, lifting, eating steaks?

Or do you guys just meet up to get hammered on the weekends?

Are the people you hang out with moving in the right direction or are they in the same spot they were last year?

These may be tough questions to answer with brutal honesty but the sooner you and accept it, the better
