Climbing the 🪜 @crashcrucible

Placement is always the goal, but my primary focus last weekend was effort. This year’s Crash was about trusting the plan, putting my body on the line for all seven events, and being proud of the work regardless of the outcome.

I’ve poured blood, sweat, tears, and maybe a little vomit Sunday morning into this sport, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Effort doesn’t always guarantee success, but a top 5 finish in an elite field lets me know we’re moving in the right direction.

Thank you to @crossfitcrash for the incredible competition experience and to @kieferlammi and @prvnfitness for setting the standard. Back to marathon training we go. Onward.

I have no earthly idea what I ever did to deserve this kind of love from all these beautiful people…but this was truly one of the most incredible moments of my life and we have so much gratitude for everyone taking the time and putting in the effort to share these moments with us 🤍

I have the greatest people in the world in my life and they make me a better person every day just having their energy in my life.

I love every last one of you with every fiber of my heart and soul.

A friend recently stated that the Kidney Transplant Waitlist in the U.S. is a very solvable issue. He’s 💯 percent correct. From the passing of #NYJets two-time first-team All-Pro Center, Nick Mangold (RIP) due to kidney disease complications, to the inspiring #NowYouSeeMe Movie Star, Jesse Eisenberg, donating his kidney to a complete stranger, kidneys have been in the national spotlight.

Stats in the US:

🚨30+ million people are living with kidney disease and most don’t know they have it.
🚨 Approx 505,000 on dialysis
🚨 Approx 90,000 people waiting for a transplant
🚨 Approx 13 people diet every day from

I was honored to be on Fox 5 News NY representing @thenationalkidneyregistry as a consultant and Donor/Patient Outreach Specialists. Was able to share my own personal thoughts regarding Mangold and Eisenberg. Was also able to get out info about living donation as well as how and where to get help.
