Riding the high of last week in AZ with some of my favorite people at @lodgingconference - think summer camp with all your favorite hotel people. Early mornings hiking and yoga, daytime site visits and sessions, “just-because” caviar bites and late nights over cocktails chatting about hope for our industry.

So grateful to have my inner circle and craft a better hospitality future together!

I’m still not over it. 🥹

Last Friday, 130 women walked into Like Minded LIVE and I watched strangers turn into friends in real time. That’s the whole dream. And it took a village to pull it off, so let me thank mine

To every single woman who grabbed a ticket for our FIRST Like Minded LIVE: you made the room. Thank you for trusting me with your day. (And yes, this was definitely not the last one.)

To our speakers, sponsors, and vendors: thank you for saying yes to a first-time event and showing up like it was year ten.

Rilee from @theworkscollective, you took the picture in my head and made it real. I’m obsessed.

@fetethevenue for the stunning space.

@aperitivohourco, thank you for making everything come to life across both days. I couldn’t have done it without you.

@thehaleywestfall and @itsmebrinorberg, thank you for keeping everything running so smoothly that I actually got to be present.

@shastin_osborne, for the photos I’ll be staring at for years. @brandingbykaysha for the epic stage pic. @serenovacreative, for capturing every moment on video.

@_stevienicole_, thank you for working with me so I could feel my absolute best walking into that room.

@gracekristinamua and @casieeconway, for the glam. I felt SO good all day.

And to my husband, Bryan, who believed in this from day one and never once let me forget it. I love you.

My heart is so full. Same time next year? 💛

xoxo, inbi

June Photo Dump: Feeling rich in life + love wrapping up the month and starting my next trip around the sun today. 💫

Doors close, chapters end, but new energy and new people emerge - new places to grow memories, career partnerships to explore and clarity in purpose makes life so sweet.

I’ve had some hard years in the last decade, through health set backs and career shifts but I sit here today remembering that the sun always shines down again, and we all are utterly deserving of light in our lives … the sun shines in the ones that stay with us through the grit, the little moments the world gives us daily and the big opportunities that await us.

There’s a reason Summer Solstice is my favorite weekend of the year.

My heart is so happy after hosting our 5th annual long weekend with my dearest from around the world on Lake Travis.

— And all the love to those who joined us locally on Thursday for festivities!

Thank you @wiese_02 for always prioritizing making this special weekend come together — I love sharing the lake with those we love.

♥️ ‘til next year!

A wet week in New York, but an inspiring one thanks to @femalefoundersinhospitality and @deathbecomesher Broadway.

I always leave New York feeling invigorated, inspired, (a little tired), and excited for what’s to come. And this trip was no different.

A big thanks to the women of FFiH for hosting such an awesome summit! #thenextchapterisours

Mastermind Retreat in Tulum — Day 2

Day 2 was all about depth — deeper conversations, stronger connections, and intentional learning. From focused sessions and small-group discussions to shared insights with experienced operators and investors, the day centered on clarity, execution, and growth.

Thank you:
@karltondennis @ryangarland_paradyme @mikeytaylor @jackmccoll @toribolt @drsethbolt

The evening transitioned to Villa Babylon with dinner, DJ, dancers, and a toast from @Rich_Somers — a reminder of the importance of putting yourself in rooms with winners and surrounding yourself with people who elevate your thinking and standards. Grateful for the energy, the lessons, and the community that continues to raise the bar.

Mastermind Retreat in Tulum — Day 1

From the shuttle ride with new friends to dinner at Hacienda Medina, every moment was filled with connection, growth, and genuine conversations.

Grateful to meet entrepreneurs across the @somerscapital Investor, Boutique Hotel, and 7 Figure Creator communities — and finally connect in person with leaders I’ve learned from over the past months, including @karltondennis and @ryangarland_paradyme. Hearing @Rich_Somers share his journey and the importance of being in the right rooms set the tone for an unforgettable weekend.

A few scenes from our trip to Monterey, CA. Exploring the town, design scouting, and soaking up the quiet charm of Cannery Row.

We’re here gathering inspiration from every detail, corner, and conversation.
