Spritz Free. Same bitter-orange glow, same bubbles, 0.0% alcohol.

All the aperitivo, none of the “maybe just one more”.

Serve it cold, over ice, and let the evening decide the rest.

Light, wall, hand, bottle. Nothing else in the frame.

The pour is the only piece of theatre in this business that nobody rehearses and everybody watches.

Get the height right and the glass does the rest.

Ten seconds. Then it belongs to somebody else.

Some rooms have been waiting a hundred years for someone to bring the right bottle.

Gilt clock, two marble lions, a console that has heard better conversations than most of us will.

A room like this doesn’t care what the label says. It cares whether the thing inside deserves to be there.

That’s the brief.

Spritz.

The most ordered drink in Europe and the most often ruined: served warm, built sweet, with soda covering for a bitter that wasn’t good enough to begin with.

250 ml, sealed, already right. Open it over ice and stop there.

Proud to announce that our Agave Spritz, created for @aeromexico has won the IFSA Award 2026.

A project born from a simple idea: bringing a real cocktail experience above the clouds, with character, balance and a strong sense of place.

Thank you to Aeromexico for the trust, and to everyone who helped bring this bottle to life.

Ad maiora.

Tu vo’ fa l’americano.

Bitter, vermouth, soda. It started life in Milan as a Milano-Torino and picked up the name later, from the tourists who kept ordering it.

Carosone came along ninety years after that.

Now it’s cold, sealed, and already correct.

Negroni Nascosto. Conclave. Spritz Free. Hugo Zero.

Four cocktails built at zero, which is harder than it reads.

Alcohol carries aroma and holds bitterness in place: take it out and both have to be rebuilt from the ground up, botanical by botanical, or what you get is cold juice in a nice can.

250 ml. Chilled. Open it.

The news programmes advise people to stay well hydrated.

We agree.

Preferably over ice.

A proper serve, good company, and something worth drinking slowly. That’s our kind of public service announcement.
