Meditation is the reason life looks like this right now.

A blessing that came as a byproduct. I believe everyone vibrates at their own wavelength. Completely determined by what version of themselves they want to create.

A few years back, i fell in love with the archetype of a mindful entrepreneur. Someone who can be in and off the world. But understand they don’t need it to be happy.

Build the business. Strive to create wealth. Enjoy the full human experience. But understand you don’t need any of that to be truly at peace.

Because if all of it is taken away from you and you decide to go live in a temple and meditate like a monk. You can still experience the same happiness as if you had all those worldly things. Maybe even more.

There’s a way to be in and of the world. To appreciate art, culture, and what society has built. But not be attached to it. That kind of energy is attractive
and wise.

Tune your wavelength. Live with confidence
and you’ll find the people that move
with the same frequency along the way.

Arrived as strangers.

20 hours later… Homies & hearts. ❤️‍🔥

That’s the magic of these trainings.

You come for the movement. The knowledge. The challenge. The growth.

But somewhere between the sweat, the breath, the laughs, the breakthroughs and all the moments in between, something else happens.

You connect.

Different people. Different places. Different stories. All showing up with open minds and open hearts.

And by the end, nobody really feels like a stranger anymore.

That’s why I keep coming back.
