💜 SUBMOTION THANKS YOU! 🧡 We're blessed to have such an vibrant and awesome creative community in Aotearoa. And last Saturday at The Button Factory is a testament to just how epic you all are! Three packed stages in the heat of Tāmaki Makaurau showing just how alive the underground scene is. Let's put our hands together for @auroracreativenz for the co-production. Massive thanks to crews from @undergrowth.nz, Tāmaki Dub Club, @jafamafia for the team effort. Audio Art, Flo and Tim Goddard on Sound 💪 We're much stronger when we work together and last weekend showed us what potency co-productions can unlock. We encourage all artists and producers to collaborate more often. When we unite we can realise the power we have! Our gratitude goes out to everyone who purchased a ticket. You made this production possible. You directly give life to musicans, artists, venues, production teams and people making a living doing what they love. A special thanks to those you purchased tickets early. You gave us the confidence and courage to take creative risks and innovate. 🙏 We also want to acknowledge the care and respect you brought into the space. The night passed without incident, and seeing people look out for one another, share the dance floor and treat each other with kindness meant so much to us. Dani VR is a creative performing artist based in Auckland, New Zealand who weaves together elements of flow arts, aerial dance, floor work, object manipulation, and theatricality to tell beautiful, entertaining (and sometimes political) stories.
