Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training + Chakra Prana Vinyasa Immersion with @shivarea108

I’ve experienced many trainings over the years and this one stands out. I had no idea it would impact me so deeply — advancing my asana and the alchemy of living yoga on and off my mat.

Thank you so much @intelflow and the amazing community at @embodyingsandhya

Life on the road is ~ usually ~ full of unknowns & can make it hard to find routine. But! I’ve been in Colorado the past few months and it has been so nice to have consistent routines 🌀

I’ve been climbing a ton, seeing my friends what seems like every other day, snowboarding, playing pickleball & everything in between!

I’ve been really coming back to myself & what I love doing and it feels sooo good 🙂‍↔️

The power of community.

9 years ago I came to Colorado and felt very alone, and I was alone.

For years I felt alone, despite being surrounded by people.

Breathwork, like yoga, group fitness, even going out to the bars, is really all about community. To feel belonging, to feel seen, to feel heard, to feel recognized.

Like so many of us, we seek community to feel these, yet as within as without.

To feel true belonging, we must first belong in our own body, mind, and heart.

DM me Comment “YES” to get connected.

If you could see you like I see you -
you’d fall in love a thousand times over. ♥️

We spend so much of our lives learning how to love others, but forget how to truly see ourselves.

I used to look in the mirror and only see the versions of me that were trying so hard - to heal, to prove, to be “enough.”

For years, I did mirror work every morning, whispering to my reflection:
“I love you. I forgive you. I’m proud of you.”

At first, it felt awkward and almost untrue.

But with each repetition, I was anchoring self-love into my neurology.

My body began to remember what unconditional love feels like.

My mind began to believe it.

And now, when I look at her - I don’t just see my reflection.

I see devotion.
I see resilience.
I see a woman who finally remembers that she is love.

This is my invitation for you to try this today:
Stand in front of your mirror, look into your own eyes, and say -
👁️ “I see you.”
🫂 “I love you.”
♥️ “I am a mirror of love.”

Notice what shifts - in your breath, in your body, in your heart.

Because your vision is the most powerful motivator there is.

What you choose to see expands.

So how much love can you see?
How much love can you reflect?
How much love can you recognize - in your reflection, in others, and in every moment?

Because we are all just reflections of the same one love, reminding each other what’s possible when we choose to see clearly.

If this resonates, share it with someone who reflects your love back to you beautifully. 🤍

I hope today you see you like I see you.

As love. I love you. 💋
