Ate more than you planned this Thanksgiving? Take a breath. You don’t need to make up for it with skipped meals, extra restrictions, or punishment workouts.

Return to your regular meals and usual training routine. Get curious about what happened, be mindful of how you talk to yourself, and reconnect with why your goals matter to you beyond the scale.

You don’t have to wait until you feel motivated or guilt-free to take your next supportive step.

What’s one thing you can do today that supports how you want to feel?

Save this for whenever you need the reminder.

We just want to take a moment today to tell you how thankful we are for each and every one of you.

You’ve created a community, a safe space, lasting friendships, and a family of support for everyone who walks through our doors. That love and support extends to every new person who tries our gym, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. May you be surrounded by the same love and kindness you bring here, and may your blessings be everything you deserve and more.

Overtime family ❤️

You definitely have a way of finding yourself in these kinds of challenges! 🩷 Almost 60km

The Popeye’s Ultra was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, physically and mentally, but WOW, what an incredible experience!

There were moments I questioned what I was doing, moments I struggled, and moments I’ll never forget.

I can’t thank everyone enough who helped make this happen. From the people behind the scenes to everyone who ran, volunteered, showed up to cheer us on, or simply sent a message of support. You have no idea how much it meant!

And to everyone who ran by my side, THANK YOU! I couldn’t have done it without you!

What an experience. What a community. This one will stay with me for life! 🩷✨

What a day! Team Overtime took on the first 15K of the Popeye’s Ultra in support of breast cancer awareness, and we were so happy to be part of it.

Our Popeyes Queen, Luise ran all four legs—over 60K! We started the day with her, and of course we had to be there at the finish to cheer her on.

She believed she could. We knew she could.

Luise, look what you brought together. So proud of you, and so grateful we got to share this day with you.

Thank you to everyone who ran, cheered and helped make it happen.

Thank you to everyone who came and supported Truth and Reconciliation at Overtime, wearing orange on this day and bringing the community energy!

A day not only to acknowledge the truth of a traumatic past and the ongoing impacts of the system, but also a day to continue building a bridge between a memory and today’s relationship, to regain trust through the promotion of and adherence to interpersonal collaborations, embracement of traditions, cultures, beliefs, community reflection, and the will to act.

Here is a fun fact!

Did you know Andrew Clark is a status Inuit beneficiary of the land claims of Whale Cove?

I was honored this year to join U of M and Tunngasugit Inuit Resource Centre to help create and deliver an educational wellness program that embraced Inuit tradition, movement and exercise, integrated cultures, and storytelling for the next generation of Inuit leaders and contributors to society.

The U of M researchers, advisors, and Tunngasugit kids and adolescents loved the program so much that they will be integrating it on a larger scale for 2027!

For real though, how many of you feel this way when I walk into class? LOL

You might roll your eyes when you see my camera come out… but you know I’m also your hype girl, biggest fan and you secretly love it.

You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to start somewhere.

Maybe this is your sign to finally put YOU first.

Take the step. Show up for yourself. Push past the part of you that says “I can’t.” And give yourself the chance to see what you’re actually
capable of.

12 weeks isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about showing yourself what can happen when you decide you’re worth showing up for.

Our coaches are ready.
The challenge is ready.

Are you?

There’s still time to get in. Email OvertimeFitness997@gmail.com with “Fall Into Fitness” for all the details.
