KPNB was built on being unreasonable.

Unreasonable trust from @brettkellyaccountant and @_beckelly_ who gave a young kid a chance.

Unreasonable belief from @jessicachiha who trusted our future and always backed me.

Unreasonable trust from my partners @nat.mcdermott.x @biancahw @pedrocass22 @benny_khamis

Unreasonable commitment from a team who have gone above and beyond for 12 years to get us where we are today.

And we’re only just getting started.

Introducing UNREASONABLE31. Our five-year vision for who we need to become, both individually and collectively, to take our people and Kelly Partners Northern Beaches to the next level.

Because a business can only grow as far as its people grow. And a team can only believe in a vision they can see.

Inspired by @wguidara and @unreasonablehospitality , and helped shaped by the support of @hey.doza who continually raised the bar and challenged me to think bigger.

The next five years are going to be something else 💥

We will stay Lean and Hungry.
We will never forget the 1,000 Days of Darkness.
We will be Unreasonable on Purpose.

After plenty of conversations about leadership and how my own Vision Book changed the way I lead, my mate Danny asked me to help him build his own.

I got to watch him share it with his entire team for the first time.

This is what leadership is about.

Getting clear on the vision, getting your team behind it, and building something bigger than yourself.

Here’s what I know from building my own:

Your team can’t build a vision they can’t see.

The clearer I got on where I was going, the easier it became to get everyone moving in the same direction.

You can’t expect your team to execute a vision they don’t understand.

Get it out of your head.

Get it in front of your team.

Get everyone moving.

One of the biggest highlights of my California adventure - unreal day training at @tarantactical with the man who trained Keanu for John Wick.

Huge thank you @brettkellyaccountant and @kellypartners for the opportunity. 🇺🇸

Creating opportunities for our clients goes beyond the work we do day to day.

Recently, we partnered with Legacy Property to host a private client dinner at Sahtein in The Rocks, bringing together a select group for an evening of conversation with CEO Matthew Hyder.

A candid Q&A covering current property investment opportunities, what’s happening in the market and how our clients can access and benefit from this.

A great evening, an engaged room and plenty to take away.

Thank you to Matthew and the Legacy Property team for making it happen.

What does a month at KP actually look like? 📆

A lot more than accounting 👀

Birthdays. New starters. Work anniversaries. Friday drinks. Pie Day. Monthly socials. E-Commerce Connect. And plenty of reasons to get together and celebrate the people who make KP what it is ⚡️

All while somehow keeping on top of the numbers, too 🤝
