The Spirit is our advocate and helper: guiding us, convicting us, empowering us daily. Sometimes, we hesitate because we've seen misused gifts, or we're afraid it’s too “weird.” But honestly? The Holy Spirit isn’t weird, although we can be.

If the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and self-control...then that's exactly who the Holy Spirit is. Not weird. Not scary. Just good. #HolySpirit #SpiritEmpowered #GodIsGood #ChristianFaith #FruitOfTheSpirit

The Sermon on the Mount is the blueprint. But it was never meant to be the foundation. Jesus isn't saying to live this way and you'll be good. He's saying I am the foundation. The good living, the right values, the kingdom ethics: those are the walls. But none of it holds without Him underneath it all. #SermonOnTheMount #BuildOnTheRock #ChristianLiving #Jesus #Foundation

Why did Jesus only stay for 40 days after the resurrection?

Jesus told His disciples that it was actually good that He leave them so that the Helper would come to be with them.
The Holy Spirit speaks, leads, teaches, convicts, and intercedes for us, and we were never meant to live the Christian life without Him.

As believers, we are filled (and continuing to be filled) with the Helper who wants to grow the fruits of the spirit in us and bless us with His good gifts.

We have been given the gift of the Spirit! Are you living life connected to Him? Do you recognize, utilize, honor, and listen to the active presence of God in your life?

It’s not “grit your teeth and make it through.” Jesus said “I have come to bring life, and life to the full.” That means in the midst of the storm: hope. In the midst of hardship: joy. That’s the promise of Jesus. Not that the storms won’t come. But that you won’t face them without Him.

This Easter, we remember that the grave is empty and Jesus is RISEN! Jesus is the Rock of our salvation and has brought us resurrection life! Now, we get to build the foundation of our lives on Christ as we hear and obey His word. When storms come (and newsflash, they will), who do you cling to? Is your foundation set on solid ground, able to withstand life’s storms?

How you see God shapes how you live. Do you really believe He is good? Do you believe He is near? #TheologyMatters #TrustGod #ChristianLiving #ViewOfGod #AnxietyAndFaith #SermonOnTheMount

What are you really seeking first in moments of chaos? When anxiety hits or our plans fall apart, our natural instinct is to chase after security—more money, stability, comfort. But Jesus invites us to a different chase: seek first the kingdom of God. The world promises comfort, but Jesus promises fullness when we prioritize what truly matters. #faithinfocus #sermononthemount #kingdomfirst #spiritualjourney

Fear, anxiety, and worry press in on us from all sides. Jesus tells us not to be anxious. So what should we actually do when anxiety takes over?

•Look to God in worship and adoration (Phillippians 4:8)
•Process in prayer (1 Peter 5:7)
•Have good boundaries:
•What do I need to pull back from or what do I need to start doing to keep anxiety from rising?

Practice these habits until they become your automatic reaction to fear and worry.

SEEK | 21 Days of Prayer

Beginning January 11, we’re inviting our church to intentionally seek Jesus together.
Setting aside time each day to be with Him.
Creating space for prayer and worship in our homes.
Joining as a church to pray for renewal in our hearts, our church, and our region.

“Two points of attention are necessary to maintain a spirit of prayer that unites us with God. We must continually seek to nurture it, and we must avoid everything that tends to make us lose it.” ~ François Fénelon

Join us as we seek Him first and allow God to realign our hearts and focus.

Daily prayer gatherings
Monday–Thursday
7am | 12pm | 6pm

The church will also be open for personal prayer
7am–12pm, Monday–Thursday

When we come together as a church, we don't do so as spectators. We are participants in worship; we come to adore Jesus together.
