POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Last night, @thegrandtouristpodcast and @danrubinstein hosted a conversation with Andre Mellone of @studiomellone at the @rimadesio_official flagship store in New York. In front of a packed audience, Dan and Andre revisited highlights from their recent podcast episode, from the Brazilian designer's early days at Robert A.M. Stern Architects to his advice for the next generation. Guests also perused the pages of the just-launched third issue of The Grand Tourist, which features our interview with Mellone. Falling out

In the upcoming fall issue of @thegrandtouristpodcast, we explore the Indian region of Rajasthan. Also known as the land of kings, it's a veritable treasure trove of history, colors, culture, and architectural marvels. Nestled within is Jaipur, an ancient city with staggeringly beautiful palaces, like the Hawa Mahal, or Palace of Winds, which has 953 small windows lining its facade. Melissa Biggs Bradley (@indagarefounder) documented these palaces, hotels, forts, and gardens in her new book, 𝘙𝘢𝘫𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘚𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦 (@vendomepress). The tome captures the colorful interiors and lively destinations across the region, with vibrant photography by Guido Taroni (@guidotaroniphotographer). Writer @gianlucalongogg sat down with Bradley and Taroni to learn more about the process of documenting this layered region, how they selected sites for the book, and their favorite hotels that they photographed.
