I don't care who is doing better than me.
I am doing better than I was last year. That's all matters.

People tend to feel demotivated because they saw someone on social media who have lost "x" kg in few months or days or weeks and then they start comparing themselves with others which is very wrong.

"I wasn't able to workout due to back injury after November 2019 and for sometime, even walking was also a big task for me. I reached my heaviest bodyfat where I never wanted to go but we have a accept and keep focusing upon what we can do to improve."
"I am getting back and doing well what I was doing last year and alot better than what I was doing after injury because I wasn't able to do anything for sometime."

You always have to compare yourself with yourself only. We can't compare our chapter 1 with others chapter 11. When you see someone's transformation on Instagram or Facebook or anywhere online, remember.... you're seeing only two pictures and apart from that you don't know anything about that person. You don't know about their lifestyle, their workout history, dieting history, about their genetics and the environment they're living and many other things.

So, that's why whenever you want to compare your progress, always compare with your previous self and not with someone else.

Remember one thing: It's Always You vs You🙌💪
