Pittsburgh, it’s been real! Thank you, @stephanilewis and @lkouri16 - not only for bringing me on board, but also for being such incredible women and dear friends. To the local crew, @darciejaneb @olivbeck and so many others, thank you for sharing your city with me. 🫶🏻 Until we meet again!

Well this was a meet we will always remember!! 🤸🏻‍♀️

For this meet there were no spectators allowed, we had to watch out athletes compete via zoom and the judges were virtual as well!! But so thankful for a meet season!

The biggest take away from this meet is no matter how many times you fall down you keep getting back up!! Always get back up and finish strong!!💜🤍👏👏

Sunday night I did something I have NEVER done before....

I hosted my first virtual Christmas party 🤗🎄

And it was so much more than I ever expected!!!💕

In the beginning of November I tossed out the idea of having a secret Santa 🎅🏼 with the girls in my accountability group, fully thinking everyone would pass. But to my surprise they said YES!! So we drew names and scheduled a date!!

Truth be told I have never met most of these women in person and only know them from my accountability groups! But these women have become some of my very close friends!!!

These women support me 💯

They celebrate my wins with me and they pick me up when I am down.

And THIS is what all of us women need in our lives...

Surrounding yourself with positive uplifting people makes a HUGE difference in your life!

Sunday night we spent time laughing, joking, playing silly games, and enjoying each other’s company!!

You see these accountability groups I run are sooo much more than just working out!! They are about finding a community of women who support you and pick you up when you need it the most 💕

If THIS is what you are missing in your life....reach out to me!!

We ALWAYS have room at our table!!
