POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

TBT to the days when we could freely strip down to our bear minimums and be free. I miss mean mugging with the Barry’s fam and it’s written all over our faces.

All jokes aside, these are unprecedented times. During these times we must stick together, keep our spirits high and stay in touch with those you love - Friends, Family -& Loved ones.

The Barry’s fam misses You! Which sweaty red room warrior do you miss seeing. Tag em, DM em, show your appreciation.

Good lord I live to post this picture. Delayed flights rerouting through airports jet lagged and a slight cold. Oh and haven’t worked out with any real purpose or intensity since the last time I was here @barryscanada one year ago.
Kudos to the teacher @darcyfierce He doesn’t make it easy, but he sure makes it smart. Every little thing is perfectly synced and coordinated. The adjustment of grip, moving load to other adjacent muscles, the combos using full body and most of all the music. Timed double tempo for the pulses and crescendos for the tough ends of repeats powering you through. Attention to detail in the most seamless way, the art is that you don’t even notice how well built this programme is - from every angle.
.
I don’t think I’ll find another teacher as talented or as suited to me as mr @darcyfierce but I can only hope he’s here every time I come home so I can get a real workout 🏋️‍♂️💪🏽

Its Australia 🇦🇺 Day next week and in view of the terrible bushfires we are hosting a @barryscanada Bootcamp on Friday the 31st at 3pm to help raise funds for the Aussie Red Cross. Link in bio and all money raised from ticket sales go to the Red Cross. It’s a Friday, and also the last day of Jan. So join us in the red room for a serious sweat while all the best 90’s and 00’s choons are pumping. (Also maybe a beer or 3 beer after). If your boss won’t let you take the time off, just quit your job and we’ll find you another one. 🇦🇺🍀💪🏽🚀🍻 #morganmckinley #morganmckinleymillion #barrys #aussie
