10 years ago, almost to the day, I moved to Birmingham and found these wonderful people. Every year since has brought with it new friends and new partners, each of them more special than the last.

Our week in Spain was a celebration of that - filled with insanely delicious food and aqua aerobics and music and aperols and lots and lots of vapes. God I loved it.

Shout out to the El Capitano @iainwalexander for doing the planning, to be honest it was lacklustre but he tried. And that’s all we can ask of him.

Here’s to another decade of live laugh lovin with the best of the best xxxx

Survived & thrived through my first fringe making theatre with the absolute best people!!

20 pals, 10 years of friendship, 7 days, 5 home cooked feasts, 1 surprise bday party, 1 gorgeous villa, lots of cluedo kills, many games of cards & pool, a few games of padel, several water aerobics classes, too many aperols… now that makes for a week of amazing memories! Very lucky, love you all ☀️🫶🏼

@roleplayonstageuk Edinburgh Fringe 2026. My first festival, first solo show, first gig in the UK with a sold out run and a London transfer around the corner. To call it a “wild ride” would be the understatement of my life.

It’s been beautiful and terrifying and completely liberating. I’m so proud and in awe of every single person who signs up for this level of artistic endurance.

Incredibly grateful for the boundless support of the powerhouses at @francesca_moody_productions and @globalcreatures and the beautiful friends and peers who carried each other through theatre kid Olympics.

I can’t WAIT for @sohotheatre in October, but for now, I’ll be lying down somewhere, happily non-verbal.
