So humbled to have had the opportunity to festive-brand my favourite place to be - @dare.training . From late-night prototyping on Canva, to collaborating with Dare’s branding team, to bringing each idea to life - every step was filled with intention and purpose - of creative a festive yet motivating environment. But walking into the studio during the Christmas season and seeing the coaches actually wearing your creations? That hit different. Proud. Grateful. Full circle. The HAHA edition - limited drops, unlimited happymess ❤️🎄

This isn’t your average gym; it’s a space where everyone belongs. From young athletes to older adults, every client here is seen, supported, and trained like a VIP, with a program built just for them. Health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is your fitness journey. This is just another reminder of the passion, care, and excellence in our local community. Now that’s strength we can all admire. 💪 ✧ ✧ #RayWhiteCarnegie #RayWhiteBentleigh #Community #DareTrainingStudio

Hoy no me sentía motivado. - Josué 1:9 (NVI) — Today I didn’t feel motivated. The weather didn’t help, my mind was looking for excuses... but discipline said “let’s go to the gym anyway.” And guess what: I improved my bench press record. Sometimes the best days come when you least expect them. It’s not about training only when you feel good. It’s about training especially when you don’t want to. That’s where the magic happens. “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” - Joshua 1:9 (NIV)
