💚 ROOTED IN COMMUNITY. GROWING TOGETHER. RECOGNIZED WITH GRATITUDE. 💚🌳🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼

We have some BIG news to share… and our hearts are overflowing!

Be Rooted Yoga & Wellness Collective has been named the 2026 Small Business of the Year by the Lexington Area Chamber of Commerce! 🏆

When we opened our doors, our dream was to create more than a yoga studio. We wanted to cultivate a welcoming space where people could show up exactly as they are, find moments of peace, build strength, connect with others, and feel a true sense of belonging.

And look what we've grown together. 🌱

From every class and shared breath to every conversation, community gathering, local partnership, and act of kindness, YOU are part of this story. Our incredible teachers, our dedicated yogis, our community partners, and everyone who has supported our little studio have helped make this dream something bigger than we ever imagined.

To the Lexington Area Chamber of Commerce, thank you for this incredible honor and for recognizing the heart behind what we do.

And to our Be Rooted family and the Lexington community: thank you for showing up, believing in us, and growing alongside us. This award belongs to all of us. 💚

We're reminded every day that when we put down roots in community, beautiful things grow. 🌳

Here's to continuing to root, connect, and grow — together.

With full hearts and endless gratitude,

Be Rooted Yoga & Wellness Collective 🌿

🍂🌿 ROOTED ON THE TRAIL: YOGA, HIKE & WINE 🍷

Ready to take your practice outside the studio? Join Be Rooted Yoga for a fall adventure at beautiful Boone's Cave!

We'll begin with gentle yoga stretches to awaken the body, enjoy an approximately 2-mile hike with a few mindful yoga moments along the way, and finish with a cool-down and mini savasana surrounded by nature. 🧘‍♀️🍁

And because good company makes every adventure sweeter, anyone who'd like to continue the fun is invited to join us afterward at Curran Alexander Winery for a glass of wine and community connection. 🍷 (Wine is purchased individually.)

No need to be an experienced yogi or hiker—just bring your sense of adventure and a willingness to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the journey.

📅 Saturday, October 31 - 11:15-2:15pm
📍 Boone's Cave Park
🥾 Approximately 2 miles of hiking
🧘 Yoga stretches, mindful movement & relaxation
🍷 Optional post-hike gathering at Curran Alexander Winery

Come move with us, breathe in the beauty of fall, and get rooted in community!

🌳 4 DAYS TO GO! 🌳

Four days.
That’s all that stands between us and a very special celebration. ❤️

One year ago, we opened the doors of Be Rooted Yoga with a dream, a whole lot of hope, and a belief that there was room for something different—a place where people could come exactly as they are, put down their roots, and find community.

And now, here we are. 🌱

One year of breathing.
One year of moving.
One year of laughing, learning, resting and growing.
One year of friendships, new faces, familiar faces and countless moments that have reminded us why community matters.

This Saturday, we're celebrating ONE YEAR of Be Rooted Yoga—and most importantly, the people who made this first year possible.

🌿 Four days until we celebrate our roots.
🌿 Four days until we celebrate YOU.
🌿 Four days until we celebrate how much we can grow when we grow together.

Come celebrate with us!
Because this isn't just our anniversary.
It's OUR community's anniversary. ❤️

🌳 Rooted. Grounded. Growing. Together.

Just like a tree, we need strong roots to grow.

We root down.
We find our grounding.
We create space to breathe, stretch, reach and become.

And perhaps most beautifully, we don't grow alone. 🌿

At Be Rooted Yoga, we believe community is part of our foundation. We hold space for one another, support one another, celebrate one another—and grow together.

Rooted in community. Grounded in the present. Growing into what’s possible.

Come put down your roots with us.
🌱 There’s room for you here.

💕🎶 Come on, get happy! It’s Dolly Day at Be Rooted! 🎶💕

On Friday, September 25, we’re putting a little more Dolly into our day! 💗✨

Join us for three Dolly-inspired classes, where we’ll move, laugh, sweat, stretch, and maybe sing along to some of Dolly’s greatest hits! 🎶

🌸 9:00 AM — Strength & Hold
💃 5:00 PM — Dance Fitness Foundations
🧘‍♀️ 6:30 PM — Yin & Yang

Come for one class or all three! And we’re inviting you to have a little fun with it—wear your favorite Dolly-inspired outfit, big hair, sparkle, or wig (as long as you can move in it! 😉).

And because Dolly has always reminded us that kindness and giving matter, we’re turning our celebration into an opportunity to give back. 💗

📚 Bring a new or gently used children's book to donate. Our collected books will be shared with a local school in need, helping put a little more magic, imagination, and possibility into the hands of young readers. ✨📖

Come move with us.
Come celebrate Dolly.
Come dressed to sparkle.
And come help us spread a little love, laughter, and literacy throughout our community. 💕🌱

Ready to join the fun?

🍂 Hello, Autumn! 🍁

A new season invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the beauty of change. Just as the leaves let go, may we find grace in releasing what no longer serves us and making room for something new.

May this season bring plenty of rooting, releasing, and reconnecting—all the things we do so beautifully at Be Rooted Yoga. 🌿🍁✨

🌿 Meet Jody — The Yogi Behind the Smile

Some people walk into your life and simply make it a little brighter. Jody is one of those people. 💚

We are so grateful that this beautiful soul is part of our yoga family—and that she brings her heart, her humor, and her genuine love of life to the mat each time she teaches.

Jody believes in showing up—for yourself, for the people you love, and for the moments that make life meaningful. She finds inspiration in her husband Randy, healing in live music, joy in gathering with others, and probably a little bit of magic in the unexpected mix of Metallica, Beastie Boys, and Fleetwood Mac. 😉🎶

And then there’s her favorite lyric:

“So oftentimes it happens that we live our lives in chains
And we never even know we have the key.”

What a beautiful reminder to carry with us onto—and beyond—the mat. ✨

If you haven’t experienced Jody’s Yoga Wine Flow at C&J’s Taps & Corks in Sanford, come join us! Expect movement, connection, a little laughter, and a whole lot of heart. 🍷🧘‍♀️

Come meet Jody. Come move with Jody. Come be part of the magic. 💚
