CHURCH: “I called this look church because I was dealing with a lot at the time, and I was finding myself praying and tapping into my spirituality. Church is where you decide it to be. My devotion to my craft became my church”

This is my fav kind of brunch … everything in bloom, the menu, friendship, and Roku Minori from @suntory_rokugin at the center.

I leaned into what felt right for spring … simple dishes, bright flavors, and a table that invites you to stay a little longer...and we did! Inspired by shun, savoring ingredients selected at their peak.

We paired it all with Roku Minori of course… layered with Japanese botanicals like melon, peach, and plum. It’s so fresh and made for sharing. Each guest left with a bottle and a box of chocolates that continued the blooming journey.

Honestly, this is what it’s all about. Check out my stories for more behind the scenes of how it all came to life #RokuGin #ComeAliveWithRoku #HouseofSuntory #AD

An evening dripping in gold in celebration of MIDAS @sidiathebrand fig, golden amber, and suede fragrance named after the king who turned everything to gold.

You know I love a dînatoire! Right after guests flung their coats off they were welcomed with a fig infused martini with Body Vodka and heavy pours of @chateaufillon wine from Bordeaux.

This is nostalgic-glam and fit for a king. A satin table cascading in an indulgent delights from the@regalisfoods 1 kg of Osetra and olive bar with lots and lots of figs. Can’t forget the infamous ‘Sidia Pintxo’ all the classics of a Spanish Gilda Pintxo but with a tater covered in a porcini allium dust and 24k gold.

What came out on the pass was soft pretzel with honey mustard, chicken nuggets with ranch crème fraîche, a balsamic fig fried grilled cheese all topped with @regalisfoods caviar. Then passed through the crowd.

The evening ended on a high note with our take on a Eaton Mess with the ‘MIDAS Mess’ a pavlova with orange blossom crème pat, and figs made by the beautiful Samantha at @bysaison

My heart is so full to create the MIDAS hospitality experience with @erinkleinberg @simansays and the entire Sidia team in @charley.raven @chezmedia_ manor.

Beyond grateful to my @chaotic_abundance team for being a team who will turn everything into gold with me, bringing abundance into the chaos🌟
