Calming like a sunrise. Gentle like a sunset. Slow like a country walk. We don’t rush here. We slow down. We take in the beauty of Prince Edward County & we invite our brides to do the same. Being here isn’t by accident. Our shop is a home away from home for our clients. A peaceful getaway for the day with family and friends. Saying yes to the dress, a slow stroll through Bloomfield with a coffee from @citizen_frances , ice cream at @slickersicecream , see and create some beautiful reworked treasures at @anicejewellery , and finish it all with dinner to celebrate at @bloomfieldpublichouse or @darlings.pec around the corner. A fully curated day to mark the occasion. A shopping day filled with pretty & a day in Bloomfield to help you slow down and enjoy your engagement season 🩷 Special thank you to our lovely amazingly talented and skilled friend @tasha.norman.photography for taking some of these shots today when we worked on a brand shoot day today 🩷💫

HOT TAKES 🍂🍽️🥂 We took to Bloomfield with our pal @chefcharlottelangley to ask folks their hot takes about food in The County, and on the cusp of Countylicious, we gifted our fabulous stars a gift card so they can experience the magic themselves ✨ So, do you agree with these hot takes?! Wing sauce on the side? Blue cheese > ranch? Seaweed is the cabbage of the ocean? Don’t read the menu ahead of time? We 🧡 parsnip We asked folks … where are you sending a visitor for their first meal here? We heard: @drakedevonshire @midtownbrewingcompany @darlings.pec @rosettapec_ @princeeddysbrewing // @orderupcaribbean Special thanks to our friends @citizen_frances in @visitbloomfield for letting us camp out at the shop to chat with folks ☕️ Stay tuned for more hot takes coming soon 👀 #VisitTheCounty #PrinceEdwardCounty #OntarioCulinary #OntarioTravel #SouthEasternOntario

Four days in the County. Celebrating 5 years of marriage with my family and parents. Thank you @the_crazyhorse for renting out your beautiful home and all the restaurants for their hospitality. Special thanks to my parents for their help and giving Sana and I the night out for a lovely time.

The perfect getaway, @theplacepec 🤎 For two days, this oasis became my home away from home. I truly felt like I was cozying up in a magical little place I could call my very own. Whether you’re travelling solo or looking for a peaceful escape, you will not be disappointed booking a stay here. Deryk and Kristy left no detail untouched and welcomed me with the most thoughtful surprise. Every corner of this space feels intentional, warm, and inviting. Just a short walk away is @darlings.pec, where you can enjoy beautiful sunset views, grazing cows, the tastiest grapefruit mocktail, and the absolute best gnocchi I’ve ever had. 👌🏼 My stay was nothing short of incredible. Sipping bubbly in the hot tub, building a fire, and relaxing under the stars was exactly the kind of escape I needed. Throw in a little dance or two, and I was simply… happy. 🤎 And of course, I brought my candles with me because… more ambiance, right? 🔥🤍 There’s just something about lighting a beautiful candle in a beautiful place. The scent fills the room, the flame softens the space, and suddenly you’re not just staying somewhere — you’re creating a feeling you’ll remember long after you leave. That’s exactly why I create my candles. They’re designed to become part of the moments that matter most — the quiet mornings, the slow evenings, and the places that make you want to stay just a little longer. And honestly, that’s what I loved most about this stay. It wasn’t just a beautiful place to sleep. It was a place that made me slow down, take it all in, and appreciate the little moments that made it feel so special. I will absolutely be returning, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to experience it. 🤎 📍 @theplacepec 🕯️ @barnboardbeauties #barnboardbeauties #candles #theplacepec #placestogo #beautiful

This spot is worth the drive to Prince Edward County @darlings.pec ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Darlings in Prince Edward County is worth the 2 hour drive from Markham. They have some amazing pizza & pastas. Here’s everything we got: - Caesar salad - Potato & Cheese - Stracciatella - Pepperoni Pizza - Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce We loved the Rigatoni & Pizza. The Stracciatella is a must add to dip your crust & top your pasta. The pizza was a perfectly charred wood fired crust, crispy pepperoni cups, cheesy, & just the right amount of tomato sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente with a tasty tomato sauce. If you’re planning a food trip through Prince Edward County, this is definitely a must visit. Make sure you make reservations to avoid disappointment. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••📍 4 Wellington St - Bloomfield, ON K0K 1G0 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #markhamfoodie #markhamdoodieeats #markhamfoodietravelspec #princeedwardcounty #pastalover
