REFORMER WEDNESDAY’S ✨

This week I managed to set up my own Reformer in my new little practice room at home.

Ok it took up the entire room but I got time for some much needed self practice and it reminded me how much I LOVE this machine!

You can find me teaching Reformer every Wednesday @dartpilates ;

💪9.30am Reformer Strength

🧡10.45am Reformer Foundation

✨12pm Reformer Mixed Ability

You can also catch me Saturday 28th February teaching the 9am class 👍
