NBW International 2026 – what a weekend 🤍 This was my first ever show sponsoring with @elevateposing and honestly, it was more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you to every single one of you who came over to the stand. Being able to chat with so many incredible women, share tips and tricks, and help you feel more confident before stepping on stage means the world to me. & for my incredible girls: DAY ONE ✨ @echelon_physique – Bikini Short Only came to me a few weeks ago to improve on her qualifier, and she did exactly that. Looked incredible, and this is just the beginning. ✨ @physiohan_ – Bikini Tall We fine-tuned her walk and presentation for more flow, and her back pose was next level. Presented herself beautifully. DAY TWO ✨ @barbarathanner – Trained Figure WINNER 🏆, 3rd Masters Figure + Overall In a short time we’ve transformed her posing to showcase her muscularity, condition and shape. She fought for her place in the overall. ✨ @millicent.fitness – Toned Figure Years of working on flow and elegance, and she brought her best package to date to close off her season. So incredibly proud ✨ @strength_with_shan – Toned Figure & Women’s Bodybuilding My very first posing package client, and what a season. Effortless, elegant posing, and her routine was a real standout. ✨ @getfitwithcass101 – Pro Bikini Flew all the way from Australia 🇦🇺 for her first in-person session with me. Six months of work together and she delivered. ✨ @claudiaromoli_figurepro – Pro Figure, 4th place Worked relentlessly on the finer details people often miss, and posed like a true professional. Her presence really stood out. And a special mention to @ser.enc , Pro Figure winner 🏆. It was a pleasure to run through her muscularity poses with her before she stepped on stage. Final session at @ultraflexgymrotherham today for me as I've trained five days in a row now. Firstly I wanted to make use of my time in this great training environment. Secondly I can take an off day tomorrow, which fits my schedule well. Currently I'm doing a bit of higher (for me) volumes for my lower body sessions as I can properly recover from that when not being able to train upper body at full capacity. I just make some use from that situation and I secretly love lower body training (who does not, lol). 20min of stairs afterwards, but session went as follows: Prime Lateral x MYO Nautilus Abdominal x2 Calf Press x2 Prime Seated Ham x2 Prime Leg Ext x1 Cybex Leg Press x1 Hip Adduction x1 Next time I will add one more set of hamstrings via weighted hypers in the end, three sets twice a week seems to be the sweet spot.

Ich hab erst überlegt, diesen Beitrag nicht zu machen. Da die Show selbst nicht so verlief wie erhofft - doch mir wurde nach ein paar Stunden Revue passieren lassen klar, dass mir das Erlebnis und die Erfahrung und diese geile Reise keiner nehmen kann. 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 It was an honour to be invited as VIP guests to the @anbf_natural_bodybuilding contest by President @lastresq in Austria. This was followed by a visit to the famous @intelligentstrength again after visiting a few years ago. Huge thanks to @andreaspuerzel for the hospitality shown & it continues to get even better and still the best gym I’ve visited. The entire ANBF event was exceptional, from the standard of athletes and professionalism of the team to the incredible production and atmosphere created throughout the show. It is always a pleasure to speak to athletes and also spend time with the presidents of other natural bodybuilding federations. We share a genuine desire to work together, create stronger international relationships and continue bringing natural bodybuilding to the forefront of the sport. The ANBF is an organisation UKDFBA would be proud to work alongside moving forward. These relationships can create more international opportunities and pathways for UKDFBA athletes, while helping every federation involved to grow. We are excited about what the future could bring. By working together with the right people and the same positive vision, the sky really is the limit. A huge thank you to Mattius and the entire ANBF team for their hospitality and for delivering such an amazing event. Christian.

🏆 Letzter Stopp dieser Prep: ANBF Pro Show. Ich bin glücklich, hier zu sein und mich mit den Besten messen zu dürfen. Gleichzeitig freue ich mich auch darauf, dieses Kapitel abzuschließen. Die letzten Monate waren alles andere als einfach. Viele Herausforderungen, viele Opfer und einige Momente, in denen es leichter gewesen wäre, aufzugeben. Aber genau dann entscheidet sich, wie sehr du etwas wirklich willst. Heute kann ich sagen: Ich habe es geschafft. Und ich bin mir sicher, dass mein 14-jähriges Ich unglaublich stolz darauf wäre, dass ich nie aufgehört habe, an mich zu glauben. Was für eine Reise… ❤️ Die PCA Natural Championship war wieder so eine Reise mit unglaublich vielen Eindrücken. Schöne Momente, Emotionen, Erschöpfung und ganz viel Dankbarkeit. Je anstrengender diese Zeit wird, desto mehr merke ich, wie schnell sie wieder vorbei sein wird. Und genau deshalb möchte ich jeden Moment genießen – selbst wenn ich um 4 Uhr morgens aufstehe, völlig fertig bin oder mich über einen kleinen Schluck Cola freue. 😂❤️ Ich weiß nicht, wie viele Wettkampfvorbereitungen mir mein Körper noch schenken wird. Umso dankbarer bin ich für jede einzelne. Mein Ziel ist deshalb ganz klar: meine erfolgreichste Saison ever – für mich. Nicht unbedingt mit Platz 1, sondern mit dem Wissen, wirklich alles gegeben zu haben. Und genau dafür bin ich hier. ❤️‍🔥 Danke an meinen Mann❤️meinen Coach💪, meine zwei Jungs 🫶und meine Familie, die diesen manchmal verrückten Weg mit mir mitgehen.
