Hi! I wanted to get in touch on behalf of @gnarcyteam. We've got some seriously rad jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the best match to rock our latest collection of masculine accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyteam (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

#throwback Thursday (Part 2 of 2). Spartan Race World Championship - Squaw Valley, North Lake Tahoe, California.
.
Spartan Race is so much more than just a “race”. It’s camaraderie. It’s teamwork. It’s creating new bonds of friendship with fellow athletes worldwide.
.
My biggest THANK YOU goes out to all of the elite OCR athletes who took the time for a quick (or not so quick) picture with me - it truly meant a lot!! In order of appearance:
.
1 - @christian.warrior14 We snapped this pic near the @altrarunning booth on Friday. Your continual HARD WORK is truly inspiring! Thank you for being awesome!!
.
2 - @saracoaching Vive La France! 🇫🇷 C’était super de vous recontrer! I hope you enjoyed your time in the United States!
.
3 - my “home” Beasts OCR team: @rabidrabbit_ocr @coachsifubrandon @lilwukie and @spartandana . Y’all are all badasses. Thank you for being part of the tribe.
.
4 - @littleewa . You worked SOOO HARD for that Finisher medal. You f**king did it. YOU. Goddamn I’m proud of you. I can’t vouch for @charleythechowlab
.
5 - All the new friends! Kate, @runningrosie @beastelisefit and @ocr_valkyrie are all awesome. @runningrosie - THANK YOU for spending so much time with our group! You are one of the most humble, genuine, laid back people I’ve ever met. @ocr_valkyrie - your perseverance is truly inspirational! GET SOME!
.
6 - @zoeszcz - THANK YOU for the pic! You’re kind, funny, gorgeous, and I get a kick out of your IG stories! (And fingers crossed - 3rd time (surgery) really IS the charm! 🤞)
.
7 - @rjwoodsy THANK YOU for graciously taking SOOO MANY pictures with my group outside Fireside that evening! The I think everyone had a little “post-race crazies” going on. We all appreciated your patience with our “4th grader fan mentality”, myself included.
.
8 - the Man himself, @joedesena - a massive THANK YOU for taking the time, immediately after Sunday’s Elite teams launch, to take a quick pic with me. I knew you were incredibly busy, so I truly appreciate you taking the time for this.
.
9 - it’s just me, @mudrunningpilot , taken by @saracoaching .
This is a weekend I will never forget. Ever.
.
And next year... 🏅

Had a chance to run my first Terrain Race in Mount Morris, Michigan. It was at the same location as the Warrior Dash a few months back, but with some tougher obstacles. I picked up some @mechanix_tactical gloves for use in my @goruck event coming up and they worked out really well! The obstacles for the Terrain Race are so odd and fun, like swinging a sledge hammer at a tire like polo game to push it along or short sandbag carry, but only in water. I finished in about 70 minutes, with it being a 19 obsticale 4 Mile run, along with some lackluster training of late - I felt good. A few obstacles got me like the jungle gym over water and a multi rope obstacle. Cool event, glad I had a chance to take part! #terrainrace #terrainracing #itmescapades #ocr #mudrun #ocraddict #obstaclecourse #spartan40 #spartan #spartanup #medaladdict #mudrunguide #aroo #spartanracer #photography #doordonot #spartanracetrifecta #spartanracetraining #mudrace #michigan #puremichigan #mtmorris #pic #picture #photos #photolove #instaphoto #pictures #ruckup

2018 Portland Spartan Sprint in Washougal, WA.
.
Words can’t describe how awesome this day was. Reuniting with friends old and new, watching elite athletes take on the same course I’d tackle just hours later, succeeding in overcoming obstacles, both physical and mental, and helping share the Spartan experience with hundreds of strangers.
.
Total epic win! ❤️💙💚 👍💪
