Felt like a good time to share…

Our family doesn’t really share our business publicly and we definitely don’t ask for help. When our father had cancer, we didn’t tell anyone whose last name wasn’t “Ross”. When our house burned in 2007, we dealt with it on our own.

But, we’re not everyone. And sometimes, you need a tough dog for a fight you’re too exhausted and emotionally tired to get into.

So, we’re sharing. Here to help. With love. Because Malibu will always be my childhood home, and although the people aren’t the same as when I grew up, the land is still alive as ever. @rossbuildersla @dashross

To be aesthetic without drugs, or being a self obsessed narcissist is a space of rarified air. Requires exception. Life needs to enjoyed. Losing 15% of joy for losing 1%-3% of body fat is not worth it. It must be easier.

Ive only had two people hire me to vertically manage their Nutrition & Strength & Conditioning. This, the result, and these are those two.

I suppose my own Fibonacci: A Sequencing, Timing, Utilization.

Not just writing training Programming. Its that but, go simpler: A focus on heuristics; triggering the Metabolic Signals that drive the signals that instigate lipolysis, and muscle protein synthesis aka fat loss and muscle anabolism.

Make repeatable. Make observable. Then the Posit: Is the Stimulus producing an Adaptation.

Dash, 33, the ‘hard gainer’. Tyler, 40, the dad bod survivor.

This a realization of years of me being Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde on myself. Then to do this Wizard of Oz simulation on them. Behind the drapes fetishing their Data, feedback, body composition, & performance. I analyze, they adjust, adapt, test, retest.

The Patience of Change will always produce the Profit of Consistency.

Thk you boys, what a privilege to have worked then and now with you both. To show up like this, both in each of your own experience😭🤜🏽🤛🏽. Incredible work, incredible Adaptation.
