A viral Instagram post has sparked heated reactions online after a woman publicly celebrated the death of a former friend she accused of destroying her marriage and targeting her children.

Instagram user rivkaaishaa posted a satirical “obituary” for a woman she referred to as Jannah, complete with floral graphics and the bold headline “REST IN HELL, JANNAH.”
The caption read in part:

“With absolutely no tears and several unanswered questions, we announce the untimely departure of Jannah, a woman who spent her earthly days proving that not every woman’s hobby is Pilates, brunch, or traveling. Some women simply prefer other people’s husbands.
Jannah will be remembered for her remarkable dedication to married men, particularly the husbands of women who foolishly considered her a friend.

Her story came to an end following complications from a facelift and vaginal rejuvenation surgery.
In the end, even karma said: enough.
Good riddance, Jannah.”

In the comments and follow-up stories, rivkaaishaa detailed her allegations. She claimed the woman posed as a close friend, entered her home, got involved with her then-husband, and later made repeated false reports to Child Protective Services. According to her, the woman called CPS more than 10 times with allegations ranging from abuse to neglect and exploitation. The claims, she said, were all unfounded but subjected her young sons (then aged 2, 4 and 5) to two years of investigations, interviews and trauma.

She also alleged the woman blackmailed her ex and made threats involving the children. Rivkaaishaa stated she only stopped after legal action and a court subpoena.

Temi Nkem Wins Big Brother Naija Season 11, Takes Home ₦160m Grand Prize

Temi Nkem has been crowned the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 11 “Show Ya Sef,” walking away with the ₦160 million grand prize.

The 21-year-old, whose real name is Temitope Chigbue, was declared the winner during the live finale on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Born and raised in London, she was among the 24 housemates who entered the house on July 26.

After weeks of competition, the finale narrowed down from nine finalists to a top three of Temi Nkem, Aikou and Sheba, before Temi emerged victorious.

With her win, she joins previous BBNaija champions including Mercy Eke, Laycon, Whitemoney, Phyna, Ilebaye and Imisi.

A Love Other Than Yours is very much the latter.

It’s quiet, intimate and sometimes painfully uncomfortable — the kind of story where you may find yourself getting annoyed with the characters, understanding them, changing your mind about them, and then wondering what you would do in their place.

And I think that’s why I’m so invested already. 😭

This one is for people who don’t mind a drama that takes its time with its characters and their choices.

A married athlete known as Dennis has publicly addressed a private matter on X after it spilled online and began affecting his home and family.

In a detailed thread posted on Thursday, Dennis said he began chatting with Folakemi Victoria Martins in May 2026. According to him, he was initially on the platform for fun and to “test his rizz.” He later informed her that he was married.

He admitted that the two had sexual encounters and said he has already confessed the truth to his wife. He takes full responsibility for the betrayal but strongly denies that they were ever in a relationship, describing the interaction as a “sneaky link.”

Dennis claimed that after he tried to cut contact, the situation turned hostile. He alleged that Folakemi made uninvited visits to his home, sent abusive messages (including through LinkedIn and email), involved a friend to contact him, and used multiple burner accounts on X and Instagram to insult and bully his wife.

He shared screenshots of their conversations as evidence and insisted that while he accepts responsibility for his own mistakes, he will not allow false claims about a relationship that did not exist or attacks on his family.
Dennis ended the thread by calling on Folakemi to leave him, his wife, and his family alone.

🚨 5 COMMON MISTAKES PEOPLE MAKE IN LOAN & BANKING TRANSACTIONS

Taking a loan is easy. Understanding what you have signed is the part that can save you from serious problems later. ⚖️

Before you sign that loan agreement, watch out for these 👇🏽

1️⃣ Interest computation
Don’t just look at the interest rate. Check how the interest is calculated, when it accrues, default interest, fees and other charges.

2️⃣ Personal guarantees
If you sign a personal guarantee for a company loan, you may be taking on personal liability. Your company being the borrower does not automatically protect you.

3️⃣ Lender’s licence
Before borrowing from a finance company or other regulated lender, verify that it is properly licensed/authorised to carry on the relevant lending business.

4️⃣ No discharge document after repayment
You paid off the loan? Get evidence. Request a formal clearance/discharge letter and ensure any applicable security or guarantee is properly released.

5️⃣ Verbal loan extensions
“Don’t worry, we’ll give you more time” is not the same as a documented variation. Get any extension, restructuring or repayment arrangement in writing.

💡 The golden rule:
Never sign a loan agreement simply because you need the money urgently. Read it. Understand it. Ask questions. Get legal advice where necessary.

A loan can solve today’s problem and create tomorrow’s legal problem if you don’t understand the terms.
