A little something from a photoshoot I’ve been working on over the past few weeks. 📸✨

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to create something different outside of the stage and share another side of my fitness journey with @abdallah.jor

Fitness has become such a huge part of my life, but what makes it even more special is that I genuinely love what I do. I love my job, I love training, and I love seeing my clients grow, become stronger and believe in themselves. ❤️

And honestly, @thegymgroup_walthamstow has become my second home. ❤️ I spend half my life there!

Fitness isn't just something I do — it's a lifestyle I truly love, and I'm so grateful I get to live it every day. 💪✨

The gym itself is my motivation. This is my safe place. If we're not growing, we're going backwards. If I stop lifting, I'll be thinking about it. It's like selling my motorcycle didn't change me to not-motorcyclist, I still think about it every day. Like about lifting weights.

Liam Delaney on 36 points 💪💪 Solid performance across all 5 events and absolutely killed the leg raise challenge!!

Leg Raise

Final event of the Gym Challenge was the Leg Raise, an event dominated all month by Liam on 80!

This was a real guy buster, and it was really great watching everyone improve their numbers over the course of the month on this one!

James Cuddy really came into his own on this one with a incredible 2.37 - 22 seconds clear of the field 🥇

The Prowler 🦍

This was a killer… and congrats to Ross for his 6.5 lengths… many tried, but body came close to that!

Of all the challenge events, this is the one I’m keeping in my weekly routine 💪

Surely, of all the events in the March Challenge, this was the hardest! Only 5 members broke the 7 minute mark!

Awesome from Linny here too, leading with a 6.22 until Shane popped up with a 6.18… Linny smashed his final attempt with a6.04! 💪💪

1/2 Body Weight Bench Press Challenge 🏋️

Arek’s 69 reps @ 37.5kg was always going to be hard beat, and so it proved!

This event was set up against the big guys, and still, shout out to Ross who hit 30 reps despite having to lift 52.5kg!

Wow.. There is beauty in this world. I can see, feel, touch, smell and breathe it. It’s here. I can’t believe it. I’m making it to the other side. .

🔥”Fearless”- thanks to @davidmooney2019 for requesting “fearless” to be painted!! It was perfect timing for me, as I begin to live in a world where walking through fear is a loving and patient rule! 🕺✌🏼

In this world, fearlessness overrules fear IMO. Becoming “fearless” is a slow transition for me, and a work in progress. I’ve walked through a lot of fear on Instagram from exposing myself in various ways. And I’m walking through a lot, A LOT of fear outside of Instagram too...
