Full service completed on this 2019 Levo. When this bike was dropped off it was very poorly, and had clearly ridden a lot of miles…..3987 miles in total, without a service.

We can service any bike, to any level. This one was super comprehensive.

Dave then got to work and completed a full clean and strip/rebuild, focussing on the following points:
- Fork and shock service
- Motor and electronics service and update
-Both hubs serviced with fresh bearings
- Suspension/swingarm bearings replaced
-new headset bearings
-Brakes flushed and re-bled with new pads
-New tyres (tan sidewalls make any bike better)

Last night’s @justpedalhurtwood Advanced Ride was an absolute belter 🌲🔥

10 riders rolled out to take on some of the spicier trails Holmbury has to offer, expertly shepherded by @guidecompanion and @emilyashwood. From technical climbs to steep descents, the e-bikes proved just how capable they are when the trails get properly challenging ⚡️🚵‍♂️

Finishing up back at @hurtwood_hideout for post-ride 🍺 and 🍕 was the perfect way to round out the week.

Big thanks to everyone who came along — great riding, great vibes, and a proper community atmosphere all evening 🙌

More Friday night rides incoming — grab your spot via the link in bio 🌲🍕🍻

A great morning of TT racing on the iconic Box Hill circuit. Weather improved overnight and a sunny but chilly morning greeted the riders. Excellent performances all round with Matt Sim and @de_nads taking wins in their respective categories!

Thank you for all our volunteers, without you these great events wouldn't happen.

Getting a Bike Fit is one of the best ways to improve not just comfort, but performance and enjoyment on the bike. But, they can often be an expensive service and not all Fits are created equally. Here’s 3 key aspects to consider when you’re looking for one:

1. EXPERIENCE - Not to point out the obvious, but the more time a Fitter has spent helping riders find an optimal position, the better they will be at it. Further to this, many experts will have their specific niche, whether that be Road Racing, Time Trials, Triathlon, Endurance Events… Look for someone who aligns with your goals.

2. EQUIPMENT - Equipment is NOT everything. So long as positional changes can be experimented with and recoded then a bike fitter has enough equipment. Consider what’s the end product you are paying for. Fancy sensors and technology are flashy, but none of that stuff leaves the studio with you. Focus on the quality of the final position over all else.

Additionally, finding someone with a wide variety of saddles and other finishing kit to test out is ideal, as often there is no other way to try components before buying.

3. COOPERATION - Every bike fit ever conducted is a snapshot in time of a rider and their pedalling ability. As a result, even the best experts in the industry can miss a small detail or circumstances can change moment to moment. For these reasons, the leading Bike Fitters will all offer a free follow-up appointment to correct and fine tune this very iterative issue.

On top of this, good Bike Fitters will conduct an initial interview to discuss . Someone who lectures you more than they listen to you is unlikely to understand you, and therefore your needs as a result. The fitting process is a two-way street and you should be able to openly discuss any doubts, concerns and uncertainty.

If you’ve read this far then thank you very much for your time and attention. Please do share any other topics, questions or matters you’d like to see me talk about more!

Have you had a Bike Fit?
