A new marketplace is a pricing decision.

Temu moves volume at a price that will sit next to your own. Worth doing, and worth deciding what it does to your other listings first.

Steradol. Spot stain remover.

Handy size, fast acting, and built for the stain that happens where there is no sink.

Three pens to a pack, 9ml each. One for the handbag, one for the desk drawer, one for the car, because a stain remover in a cupboard at home is a stain remover you did not have with you.

Tough on stains. Gentle on fabrics. No water needed, works in seconds, bleach-free and dermatologically tested.

Launching this month at steradol.com

Works on fresh stains. Not suitable for silk, leather or dry-clean-only fabrics. Test on a hidden area first.

One in the bag. One at the desk. One in the car.

A stain remover in a drawer at home is a stain remover you did not have with you, and that is the entire reason Steradol comes as three pens rather than one.

Think about where your last spill actually happened. A train, a car park, a canteen, a meeting room, somebody else's kitchen. Now think about where the cleaning products live. Under the sink, nine miles away.

Three pens, 9ml each, £10.99. Handbag, glovebox, desk drawer, gym bag, hotel washbag. Wherever the stain finds you.

Tough on stains. Gentle on fabrics. No water needed.

Who builds your plan matters more than what is in it.

Dave Hamlet ran commercial for Monster Energy across GB and Ireland, was
Entrepreneur of the Year at the Ex-Forces in Business Awards in 2021, and built
and scaled Zoom 1hr Delivery himself.

He has sat on the buyer's side of the desk, which is a useful person to have
with you when you are trying to get listed.

Everyone wants the success, but nobody wants the journey.

Lee Gilbert on what building actually costs you: being let down, being shafted, the jealousy, and the friends you lose along the way.

Most people aren't prepared to sacrifice. Fewer still keep standing back up every time they get knocked down. 💪

Finger-prick, Tasso, or a nurse. Three ways to give the sample, one report.

A finger-prick kit is the simplest and cheapest, and is offered on Metabolic Essential, which needs only a small sample. The Tasso device draws a larger capillary sample from the upper arm almost painlessly, so it is available on every panel. A nurse visit takes a full venous sample at your home or workplace, at a time you choose, and is the right choice if you would rather not do it yourself.

The laboratory and the report are the same whichever you pick. Home kits arrive in the post and go back in a prepaid pack.

Five panels, from £139. lyfelinez.com/lyfestyle

A private wellness test, not a diagnosis. If a result needs treatment, see your GP.

One pen. Dozens of garments.

A single Steradol pen can rescue dozens of items over its life, and the cheapest thing anybody can do for a wardrobe is keep wearing it.

Think about the shirt you stopped wearing because of one mark on the cuff. The dress with the wine spot. The school shirt that got replaced in September because the old one had a ring on the collar. None of those were worn out. They were stained.

Extending the life of clothing is one of the more useful things you can do with a fiver, and a pen that saves one shirt has already paid for itself several times over.

Three pens, 9ml each, £10.99.

Being listed on Amazon is not the same thing as selling on Amazon, which is
something a lot of brands find out the expensive way.

The listing has to be found and then it has to convert, which are two different
jobs. The ad spend has to be pointed at the products that can actually carry it
rather than spread evenly across everything. And somebody has to deal with the
account admin, which quietly eats about a day a week if you let it.

We run all three together, because run separately they tend to pull against each
other.

Search is a compounding asset.

Paid stops the day you stop paying. Organic keeps returning. Start it in a quiet quarter, not a desperate one.

How to get chocolate out of clothes. Lift the lump before you treat it.

Chocolate is half a stain and half a solid, and the solid is the part people get wrong. Anything still sitting on the surface will smear the moment you press, which turns a small mark into a large one.

So scrape it off first, gently, with the edge of something blunt. A teaspoon, a card, the back of a butter knife. Do not use a fingernail and do not rub it in.

Then napkin behind the fabric, press the pen on, rub gently, blot away, work from the outside in.

Chocolate on a white school shirt twenty minutes before the bell is the reason one of the three pens lives in the kitchen.

Three pens, 9ml each, £10.99.
