I’ve always been a bloater, especially when eating super salty foods. And I’ve DEFINITELY been eating salty foods.
And fried foods.
And sweets.
And noodles.
And rice.
And dumplings.
And curry.
And bread.
And wine.
And dessert after every meal. 😁

I wish natural phenomenons (like bloating after eating) didn’t cause you so much stress and heartache and anxiety. But the reason it does is because no one tells you it’s okay.

It’s okay bb ✨ you’re not alone. I hope you eat all the food tomorrow. And not think at all about what your body looks like but rather enjoy the company that gathers around the food. Easier said than done I know. But try. After all it is only just one day.
