Savage Race consolidating from 13 events to 3 this year means a big pivot for many of us who planned to build a season around it, and a real loss for a sport that already has very few truly athlete-first events.

Savage has always set the gold standard imo: real obstacles, unmatched organization, and staff/volunteers who genuinely care about their athletes and the integrity of the sport. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve built and everything they continue to give OCR.

If you’ve ever raced Savage or just believe in true obstacle course racing, let’s show up! Let’s support these events and give the 2026 Savage races the biggest turnouts possible🤍💪

🔥Athlete of the Week🔥

This week’s Athlete of the Week crushed it with a tough “8’s and 4’s” interval session:
💥 800m hard
💥 2-min recovery
💥 400m hard
💥 x5 rounds

Putting in work while traveling and snagging a 400m PB? We’re impressed! 👏
