If you can't move by yourself, you can't move with a partner. In our classes we challenge our students with new solo work before going into partnerwork. Why? A few reasons! 1️⃣ It trains skills necessary for partnerwork without the pressure of leading and following. 2️⃣ It trains balance and teaches body movement. 3️⃣ It challenges memory and choreo retention. Do you train solo? How does it impact your partner dancing? #bachata #bachataincleveland
