I’m sooo honored to have been invited into this conversation with @davidbush65 🤩

These are the conversations that light up my soul. 🫶

Since yesterday, I’ve been getting the same questions from soooo many of you who joined us LIVE 🎬:

✨ “What have you actually done to improve your health?”

✨ “What tools do you use at Paradigm Wellness?”

😅 OK…. if you REALLY want to know!
Here it is — no fluff, no “One magic program” shot or pill. After 23 years I’m finally listening & understand my body.

I am using a layered, whole-person approach that’s changed everything for me:

✨ I cleaned up my nutrition
I prioritize food that heals and nourishes my gut. No seed oils like canola. No GMOs. Very little if any alcohol.

✨ I prioritized clean protein in the right amounts and forms for me. I’m busy so I’ve found high-quality shakes and bars with zero junk fillers or seed oils — supporting blood sugar, hormones, and energy.

✨ I added targeted supplementation to open detox pathways, support my gut-brain health, calm the nervous system, and rebuild at a cellular level.

✨ I stopped guessing and started listening
Functional lab testing + quantum resonance scanning & body composition testing so I can see in real time what’s happening metabolically in my body.

✨ I incorporated frequency-based therapies that are GAME Changing:
Light, sound and at home phototherapy to support hormone regulation, cellular health & my nervous system.

✨ I supported my cells directly with IV protocols delivering hydration, minerals, antioxidants, and mitochondrial support.

✨ I get daily movement, sunshine, good sleep & regulate my nervous system with simple daily practices.

I’m learning how to feel at home in my body again.

None of these work in isolation.

Together, they create resilience, energy, clarity, and healing.

This is the work we do at Paradigm. 🦋

This is the work I live. 🥰

And this is why I care so deeply about sharing it. 🙏

✨ Make the Shift.

I’ve been coaching for over 13 years, and one of the hardest things to witness is when someone shares a dream that lights them up but then they don’t follow through. At first, it’s disappointment. But over time, you start to see something deeper. It’s not just about missing a goal, it’s about slowly giving up on themselves.

That’s always been heartbreaking for me as a coach because I can see the potential that they can’t always see in themselves. And honestly, I’ve been there too. I know what it feels like to want change so badly yet feel stuck in the same patterns over and over.

That’s what led me to create this course and workbook. It grew out of years of walking alongside people and my own journey too, discovering that the real barrier isn’t effort or discipline. It’s those hidden beliefs we don’t even realize we’re carrying.

When we learn to uncover and release them, everything begins to shift.

This could be the start of something new, something that finally feels like freedom.

Took a little drive down memory lane this morning. Nice day for a drive. The Ortegas were closed about 7 miles in so that was a bummer but it was still fun.
