Best. Night. Ever. Last night, Patrick and I saw Brandi Carlile at The Music Hall in Portsmouth for what is now our favorite concert ever - and we go to a lot of concerts! We’ve been lucky enough to see Brandi a few times in the past (we even flew to Nashville just to see her at The Ryman), but this was just Brandi, her guitars and a piano, with her only special guest being the most special of all (on Valentine’s Day no less), her wife, Catherine. It was stripped back and felt like a gathering of friends. And to make it even better, it was all for a great cause - supporting emerging artists. This concert was the first of what will now be an annual event - the Emerging Artist Benefit Concert. What a night! Three years ago today, I married the man of my dreams. Just after the ceremony, before we joined our guests, we ducked into the Firemen’s Room at the York Harbor Reading Room (where we had our reception). We wanted a few minutes just to ourselves to take in the moment (and maybe a cocktail and a lobster roll 🤷🏼‍♂️). Our amazing photographer, @mccallphoto67, snuck in and caught us checking out our new wedding bands. It’s one of our favorite shots of our favorite day. I still can’t believe how how lucky I got. Happy anniversary to the best guy in the whole world, @patrickaccorsi.

It’s official! We’re Mainers! It’s been quite a year, with a fair share of highs and lows, but somehow we wound up right where we were meant to be. When we lost out on other houses, Patrick always assured me there was a greater plan in the works. I wasn’t convinced… But then our dream house came along and with the help of our incredible agent, @callmelissam, (and a little help from up above) we got it! We signed the papers this morning and now we’re ready for our next chapter in our new home in Maine. @patrickaccorsi #rosie #howdigetsolucky
