MYLI

I hadn’t known loyalty,
I hadn’t known growth,
Sacrifice and patience,
your love taught me both.

I didn’t know joy,
in the way it should be felt,
I didn’t know your little frito paws,
Would make my heart melt.

I hadn’t known loss,
I hadn’t felt pain,
It’s the knowing and then questioning,
All so hard to explain.

I didn’t really know love, Myli,
before you and me,
I watched my heart stare back,
Then I had to set it free.

But to feel this pain baby,
Was to *understand* love,
I’ll stare at your official star Myli,
As you “shine, shine, shine” from above.

* My forever baby girl, have so much fun up there. Until I can squeeze you again…
I’ll miss you so much and I love you, I love you, I love you…

My sweet dear amigos, I can’t thank you all enough for your ✨OVERWHELMING✨ support during all of this. Myli crossed the rainbow bridge April 5th and to be honest I can’t say it’s truly really sunk in. Celebrating her has been a gift to us both as love has shown itself to us in a way I couldn’t ever have imagined. But that is what life is supposed to be. LOVE - celebrated loudly, boldly and unapologetically. Myli gave me that. 16 years of it. And so many deep connections grew stronger because of her. This has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. Thank you for all your supportive texts, quick calls, endless prayers, DMs, gorgeous flowers, wiping of tears, ribbon dancing, long hugs, holding my hand, supporting my back, perfect timing jokes, cards, visits, face times, food, chocolates, time - time - time. You helped send my baby off in the most beautiful way and that’s helping my heart hurt a little less.
We love you 🌈💕🙏🏽✨🐾

SOLD! $2,750,000 Very excited to be apart of this purchase. My clients had very specific needs for what they wanted to in a home and this checked all the boxes and more. We were able to negotiate a great deal on their behalf with close to $150,000 off of the purchase price, $50,000 credit towards an interest rate buy down and a free solar System. Buyer leverage hasn’t been this strong in years and won’t last forever. Congratulations to all involved!!! 🔑🍾🏡

SOLD! $1,930,000
So pumped to get this townhouse sold! It wasn’t a smooth ride at all, but we were able to stay the course through rising interest rates, a war in Europe, inflation and stock market volatility 😓. Thanks to @vivianlesny for bringing the buyer and providing a smooth escrow 🙏🏼 and thanks to my sellers for trusting me with another one of their 🏡.
