WHAT REFORMER REALLY TEACHES YOU ✨

* Embrace the shakes. They’re a sign your muscles are working, building strength and endurance.
* Strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it’s about slowing down, finding control, and moving with purpose.
* Celebrate the progress. Stronger, steadier, more aware — learning to connect with your body in a whole new way.
* Move with intention. Every movement begins with purpose.
* Control before speed. It’s not about how fast you move, but how well you move.

Reformer Pilates is such an incredible way to build strength, improve stability, enhance mobility, and develop a deeper connection with your body one controlled movement at a time.

Are you ready to experience it for yourself? ...
Join me for group sessions @davidlloydbushey
private sessions in my studio and Ibiza.2027.Reformer Retreat. ..where we’ll focus on moving with intention, building strength, and feeling your very best.

Arriving at today’s tournament. 🎾🔥

Competing always brings a different edge. 🔥

There’s something about competing that I love 💪🏽👊🏼It’s not just about your game. It’s about testing yourself, managing your emotions and seeing how you respond when things get tough.

Still learning. Still competing. And loving every bit of it. 💪🏽🪄✨

One small act of kindness can start a domino effect you may never get to see. I feel so lucky that I’ve actually been able to see that happen within the community I’ve built at PureGym. Sometimes all it takes is making one person feel seen, and they carry that feeling into someone else’s day. Kindness never really stops with one person — it travels. ❤️

I’m honestly so grateful for this. I never thought the environment and community I’ve worked so hard to create would actually be noticed and recognised like this.

I’ve spent so much time trying to make every person feel unique, welcome, valued and comfortable in themselves. The gym can be lonely and intimidating for so many people, so for me it has always been about more than just training. It’s about bringing people together, making people laugh, checking in on them and creating somewhere they genuinely feel they belong.

To see that recognised means more to me than I can explain. ❤️
