This will get you a HYROX penalty🚨

During Doubles sled pull, the resting partner is NOT allowed to help manage the rope in any way, including moving it with your hands or feet.

So even something as innocent as moving the rope out of your partner’s way with your foot can count as an infringement😭

You get one warning first, then it’s a 15-second penalty for every further infringement.

Also watch the lines. The working athlete can’t step on the front or back line of the box while holding the rope.

Such small mistakes, but 15 seconds can make a huge difference when you’re chasing a time🫠⏱️

Do this sled pull trick that can save you from a very unnecessary HYROX penalty‼️

During the sled pull, touching or stepping over the back line while holding the rope can first get you a warning. Do it again and it can cost you 15 seconds.

Instead of standing somewhere behind your partner, stand right by the box near the back line. That way, when they step backwards, they bump into you before accidentally touching or crossing the line.

Such a simple trick, but 15 seconds can make a BIG difference🫡

Gabriel Heck took the title in the Men's PRO division with a time of 55:56, while Joanna Wietrzyk claimed victory in the Women's PRO category at 1:01:23. In the PRO Doubles, Applewhite & Redaoui secured the win for the men in 52:36, and Hirayama & Yoshida topped the field for the women in 58:53.

For the Open division, 曦林 led the Men's category with a fast 57:41, and 海飞徐 captured first place in the Women's division at 1:00:11.
