✅ Week 1 is in the books!
This Saturday we kicked off our first whiteboard-style HYROX workout and it did not disappoint 🔥

Every Saturday morning we’ll be bringing these sessions back — designed to push your endurance, challenge your limits, and keep things fresh.

👉 Trying something new can feel intimidating, but you never know what you’re capable of (or what you’re missing) until you jump in. The energy, the challenge, and the crew here at F45 will keep you going every step of the way.

Don’t miss out next weekend — sign up, show up, and see what it’s all about! 💪
Got questions? Reach out and we’ll give you the full details! #f45 #hyrox #new #community

@davonn_epps & I crushed this one!! Partner dancing was SO fun with this boo! We talked it out, practiced together and got it done!! Dancing on the left side was a total game changer for me but I was ready to challenge myself! ❤️
