Saturday will be when the winner’s are announced but otherwise both shows will be the same and have raffle prizes. 👉 This is a fundraiser and a portion of the sales will be donated to the local non profit RG Rio to send the local youth rafting team to nationals in CA. 20 of my friends trusted me as their TL for Gates of Lodore. 4 days / 47 miles on the river, 3 different canyons, 1 confluence, and a part of this river ended up going upstream. Every single person on this trip is amazing, and so loved.

I am so proud of myself, I rowed a class 4 low water rapid, and some higher water class 3s! I captained my own boat! I trip-led for the first time! I laughed sooooo hard every single day with these hooligans.

I got to show Jesse the deep love I have for the river, and i could not have done it without his constant reassurance and encouragement.

226 miles in 23 days with an absolutely amazing group of individuals. The Canyon is a spiritual place and it’s impossible to capture the experience in a 90 second reel but I guess some things aren’t meant to be replicated. Here’s to trying, and cheers to the whole crew!🍻I love you all and happy holidays from your local safety kayaker🫶🙃

- We are showing 10 short amateur films made by the locals in our community! (Hosted by @royalgorgerio
