💫SEASON 5💫

On today’s episode, we enjoyed talking with Dr. Dawn Arda🎙️💕 @dawnarda

Dr. Dawn Arda is a Health and Life Coach and Science Writer specializing in health and nutrition. She studied Natural Sciences and Chemical Engineering to PhD level at the University of Cambridge and spent over ten years at a Cambridge research consultancy, researching and analyzing scientific evidence across hundreds of projects for multinational food and health companies. Dawn has written a book exploring how we can use nutrition and a holistic approach to help restore balance in the body, reduce chronic inflammation and support long-term health, which she is currently seeking to publish.

In this episode, Dawn discusses what sparked her interest in the link between nutrition and health... loving the sciences when she was growing up and eventually specializing in chemical engineering…. working in industry, then pursuing a PhD… working for a consultancy where she completed science projects across a wide range of topics… realizing the importance of listening to her heart and taking a Health Coaching course through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition… becoming a Health and Life Coach… and helping people understand how their mindset and thoughts affect their health…AND SO MUCH MORE!

Another absolutely amazing year at the Jericho Festival of Writing! I’m leaving exhausted, but in the best possible way 🧠 Can’t believe it’s been five years since I first went to this annual festival, and yet I still walk away feeling so enriched by the people I’ve met, the lectures that inspired me, the laughs I’ve had (especially with @iulia.calota.author 💕), and the insightful and motivational feedback I’ve received from agents🌟
Now it’s time to go home and write ✍️
See you next year @jerichowriters!

Happy Monday everyone!!!

Starting the week with gratitude is so powerful & really important to let the people you know, work with, love, friends with, who are your clients or who come to your sessions if you are an instructor, that you are proud of them - it will give them a huge boost & help them have an amazing week as well as keep their motivation high

So tag someone in who you are proud of this Monday morning !!!

I’m immensely proud of all my clients, class participants & friends who are making positive choices to move more & feel better!!!

Gratitude doesn’t have to be wishey washy

it can be as simple as saying - ‘ I recognise what your doing & I’m proud of you!’

It’s so simple but so powerful

Give it a go today
