Paddled with these beauties today! Always fun…. Even when we have to battle the wind and get an extra workout in 😜🌊.

It’s been the craziest Summer! So much so that this is our first time on our boards! Outlandish! Lots of life events that have kept us busy and not together! Thankful for time slowing down a bit and the fact we can come together like we just saw each other last week! Thankful, always, for these two girls I am lucky enough to call my friends 💜💜.

Life is crazy and wild and busy…and yet in the middle of major life happenings…. The three of us continue to show up for each other and share the gift of time. I am so thankful for these two amazing humans and the fact that when something important happens, they choose me to be part of their moment. Congratulations @sarah_starr_08 I am so proud of you and am thankful to have shared the miles with you. Congratulations 🎉

Thank you @insidetrail for a great race and amazing volunteers!

That is a wrap on couch to 25 miler 😂🤷‍♀️. We have worked hard and survived all the training! Thankful for these amazing friends of mine that make even the hardest days amazing days. My goal next week is to make cut offs, which is what happens when yo do a couch to 25m 😂😂💯💯. I am so thankful for the reminder that my body can still do really hard sh*t. 💜💜

@thesavbananas baseball today with the @thepartyanimals and the @thetexastailgaters at Raley Field. First off …90 degrees in March is crazy BUT I can get behind baseball, singing and dancing and a bar on the 3rd base line 😂😂😂. As always… a great day with my girls

That’s a wrap on training! Now we taper. So great to share trail miles with hubby @telco_runner72 💜. Thank you @annalisayco for the ride, aid and also sharing miles! The trails were beautiful from Granite Bay to Auburn… I am always thankful that my legs can take me places that are so beautiful!

I don’t recommend a couch to 25 miler, it makes every run a lot harder. BUT I would do it again to get me back on the trail with my people 💜. #justrun

Paired this music to convince my own brain I can do hard things. Today I spent 17 miles fighting with my foot.
But I’m going to focus on the amazing stuff:
1. Ran with both my girls
2. The trails are on fire and gorgeous
3. Saw Kuni and his son being tru trail angels, clearing brush and trees off the trail (thank you thank you thank you!)
4. So many butterflies
5. Even the poison oak thinks it’s spring 😳😂

One more long run and then we fall back. Thank goodness 😜

12 miles✅
Fueling ✅
Gorgeous trails ✅
Pretend Spring ✅
However today was hard. We jumped on the struggle bus early and drove the damn thing the entire run 🙄. Really waiting for the muscle memory to kick in….. should be soon. Better be soon. Next week we fall back on miles. Thank goodness for small favors 💯💯😂😂

Double digits, baby 😍! Last week felt easy, breezy….. this week felt so hard! I started working on fueling and that was a mess 🙄. I guess running retirement had me forgetting what a skill it is to eat and run 😜. I’ll keep at it, because I won’t see single run miles for 2 months and I am going to need to eat 😜. Best part of the day… the company and the coffee after 🎉🎉

Spent the day on the water with my girls who spoiled me with lunch, desert, crown and sash 😂 it was a perfect day, even if I lost a fin, had to go back down the hill to look for it (must be in the river) and my pump died 🤦🏼‍♀️.
Even with that, it was the best day, with the best girlfriends! 💜
