Yoga is to be effortlessly absorbed in the infinite moment of now…

So deeply grateful to have guided such a beautiful group alongside Day in our Reiki + Restore Workshop yesterday. 🤍
Thank you for showing up, for stepping onto your mat, and for trusting us—and yourself—in the process.

There is something so powerful about slowing down, softening, and allowing. ✨
Honored to hold that space with you all. #yoga #yogalife #reikiandrestore #energyiseverything #community

Reiki + Restore ✨

Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and healing experience with Reiki + Restore at Powerflow Chatham on April 18.

This special workshop blends supportive restorative and yin-inspired shapes with the soothing, energy-balancing practice of Reiki. As you settle into each posture, you’ll be invited to release tension, open the body, and fully rest. Reiki will be offered to help balance energy, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

This is the perfect practice for anyone looking to slow down, reset, and leave feeling rested, relaxed, and renewed.

We did it — 50 hours of strength, focus, and dedication on our Mat Pilates training, guided by Janelle and supported by my amazing yogi sisters.

Our community class and graduation were beautiful, surrounded by friends, family, and fellow yogis who continue to uplift us.

So grateful to One People’s Yoga for hosting our training — and excited to see where this journey takes us next. @onepeopleyoganj #embracethemoment #matpilates #pilates #yogalife #yogateacherlife ✨🙏🏻💛
